They sold me my first new truck in 2005.

They sold me my first new truck in 2005...Silverado 1500. I've put over 350,000 miles on the truck. Looking to keep as work truck after some transmission work. Was time for new truck so I went to the dealership and was able to buy a 2022 Colorado. The customer service was great and it has been an enjoyable experience thus far.

Had a complex repair done on my 2010 Chevy Traverse ( Internal Timing Chain) replaced. The scheduling and repair process was easy and great. Repairs were performed to my satisfaction. Mechanical Repair work was professional and of quality nature, especially for the difficult nature of this type repair. Thank you Service Team O'Rielly !

DO NOT purchase a new vehicles from this dealershi

I traded my car for an SUV from this dealership in February of 2021 because I needed a bigger ride for my family I got a SUV from here it started immediately having over heating problems I took it back several times to get it serviced they told me that they had to take it to Kia dealership to get it fixed because they don't have the right tools to be fixing Kia's when I got it back about the third time it was still doing the same thing they told me that they fixed it and it was ok to drive it they never gave me any kind of paperwork saying what they fixed on my SUV now it is stuck at Kia dealership do to the over overheating it blew my engine it's been there for about 3 weeks going on 4 Now O'Reilly's dealership don't want to cover the repair I had questioned the service guy at kia dealership about O'Reilly's taking it there anytime for over heating but they told me NO it was only brought there for transmission problems and that they flush the transmission only So O'Reilly's dealership never told them that it was having overheating problems so now my engine is blowing my SUV is sitting at Kia dealership their telling me that I have to pay over $8,000 out of my pocket to have my engine replaced they said the manger from O'Reilly's dealership called them and said it's on the customers I had purchase an extended warranty from O'Reilly's dealership that they manage and they are not wanting to cover my repair charges there trying to put the blame on me saying it's the customers fault!! Kia's tired to put in a clam and it didn't go threw I haven't even had my SUV for a year & it is out already so don't waste your money I even talked to the sales manager I've talked with three people from finance I talked with the sales guy that sold me the vehicle and I'm still not getting anywhere with this problem the sales guy told me to drive or tow my Kia SUV to the Kia dealership not to take it to O'Reilly because they will have to take it to Kia's dealership anyway I felt like they should have taking it there not me and I had several other people tell me they purchase cars there and had problems as well too😠

My wife and I bought a used Traverse from here and were given top notch service from Alyssa, after having the Traverse for 1 week the transmission started to slip but, to make a long story short O’rielly took care of everything including the $4000 bill. We will definitely be buying our next vehicle from O’rielly.

Fake positive reviews...

If i had an option to buy elsewhere, i would have in hind sight. Very nice, very polite then try to trick, deceive and under perform at every turn from purchasing details to follow up service. Look behind the smiling faces and pay attention to every detail. They must pay employees to submit positive reviews. No one in the crowded service waiting area had a nice thing to say... But hey, its all COVIDs fault ya know.

Never rotated tires

Brought in my Chevrolet Silverado for a tire rotation and it was never done. The right rear tire spare was still on the right that I put on. Totally lied to me to my face everybody. Will never return EVER
