Excellent buying experience.

The staff are great. They make buying a vehicle a little easier. Fermin Balderrama did an excellent job at getting me the most for my trade in as well as finding the vehicle I was looking for with the options I wanted.

I took my Tahoe in to Orielly Chevrolet to have new remote fobs integrated. Joey, the customer service rep was absolutely terrific. Instead of having me wait 3 or more hours, Joey brought the technician out to my vehicle in line, aligned the remotes without charge, and sent me on my way. I have used Orielly Chevrolet several times and have had good service from them, including the parts department, since I work on my own vehicles when possible.

Avoid this dealership

I had a major engine problem less than 9000 miles after buying a truck here. They insisted nothing was wrong until the problem was dripping all over

Overpriced estimate.

Overpriced estimate. I went because my exhaust was making weird noise. I was not told specifically my exhaust manifold was cracked ( I had to go to another mechanic to find out). Instead I was given a list that did include the exhaust manifold but other stuff totaling 3,000 dollars. So long story short my issue was not resolved with you guys. Not happy with service will not return

They had my car for 3 weeks to replace turbo.

They had my car for 3 weeks to replace turbo. I had to call them to get updates instead of them contacting me. When I got my car back, 4 days later check engine light came on and I took back. They then had car for another week and told me they didn't see anything wrong and check engine light was not on. After picking up my car, 4 days later check engine light is back on again. Now I will be taking my car elsewhere to get it fixed. Just an FYI, I have spent $3200 at this dealership in the last 3 months. You would think they would treat me better.

Poor customer service

Was not provided with accurate estimate for transmission fluid service. I called for estimate the advisor did not know which engine my vehicle has, even though I bought the vehicle at that location and have been taking the vehicle there for service. I was reluctantly provided with a cost estimate for the service and the day of the appointment after I waited to be greeted for over 10 minutes, I was informed by the advisor the cost estimate was about twice as much as the previous quote. I tried to explain the situation to the advisor to which the only answer was a hollow and meaningless: sorry. I had water my time waiting to be greeted and wasted my girlfriends time because she was going to wait for me . That experience was very poor. I called to file a complaint and was told there was no manager on duty. I will call later today to file a complaint.

O'Rielly can't fix it but will over charge you

Brought the car in and paid for a diagnostic. I knew what the code was and had been trying to resolve the problem before bringing it in. Left the car for four days and was told it was ready and there there was no check engine light an no problems. Drove the car 3 miles and the check engine light came on. Immediately took the car back and a 5 days later I'm told aftermarket parts had to be replaced to troubleshoot the problem at a cost of $500. There was no guarantee this would resolve the problem it was just the first step. I had already replaced the part O'Rielly wanted to replace but it wasn't an OEM part so they could not proceed working on the car without replacing the aftermarket part with a $500 OEM part. There was no indication the part was bad , just wanted to replace it. O'Rielly didn't want to make the GM product good or make an attempt to do anything out of the ordinary to try and resolve the problem. The reputation dealers get is usually nasty and this is exactly why. I will not bring my GM products to this shop and will not buy another Chevrolet product because of this shop. There are way to many better services and dealers out there unfortunately GM has great EV products out there and promising ones coming up. I won't even consider them now.
