I purchased four new tires and didn't expect to wait four

I purchased four new tires and didn't expect to wait four hours! I recalled why I changed to Orielly Chevrolet recently, this is why I left Watson behind. I ordered accessories to be picked up, one is back ordered. Geez, you mean I have to wait again and the back order couldn't be listed prior to sale?

I made the appointment and dropped off my vehicle putting

I made the appointment and dropped off my vehicle putting the key into the Dropbox. I wrote in LARGE letters - "DO NOT CHANGE THE TIRE PRESSURE" and of course it was changed. I tell them every single time I bring my vehicle in to not change the tire pressure and every single time, the pressure has been changed. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told it would be 15 more minutes. One and a half hours later, I was leaving. They thoughtfully left all the plastic and paper covers in so I have to remove it, find a trash can to dispose before I can leave. I appreciate the effort to save my interior, but it should be removed before I get in. I noticed items in my door moved around and an item on the floor. I picked up the item to put it back in its place and noticed my digital tire pressure gauge was missing.

They did a poor job.

They did a poor job. I brought the vehicle in for an oil change and the check engine light was on and they did not check the check engine light and I don't trust that they did the oil change accurately either because they said they did a multi point inspection and if they didn't discover that the check engine light was on how do I trust that they did a good job on the inspection
