Warranty Service 2011 Ford F150

Vehicle was in for warranty service, repairs were compelted in less than one day. Service writer Joe Francis was very helpful.

Routine service

2012 Honda Civic was due an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was very helpful and caring! I would like to see auto washing and vacuum added as a customer service when you bring your car in for service!

New 2014 Ford F-150 Purchase

Purchased a new 2014 F-150 XLT. Service was very comprehensive. Salesman and support staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Experience at dealership was efficient and goal oriented. Customer can accomplish and complete their goals related to purchase and service at the Tyler Texas Ford Dealership. This is the second new truck purchase for us in the past two years.
