Great service

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The shuttle service was awesome and they got me to work and then back to pick up my car with no problems. The service writer was very nice and helped me understand my car.

Great service department, very helpful

good job, nice people

They took a few minutes to come over and get started but were polite and friendly. The work was fine. Would have been better if they vacuumed the front floor board, and cleaned the windshield like quick lanes lol. A reminder that we can use our rewards money to pay for the work would be great too. Thanks.

Service Review

I only had an oil change (The Works). I have dealt with Tyler Ford for several years and have found service to be exceptional. In the past when I had actual repairs, it was fixed right the first time. This time, besides the oil change I had a question about reprogramming the way my door locks worked, and they took care of it for me. Programmed it to operate the way I wanted. I have a new 2014 Fusion and I love it. Have had it 5 months and have taken a few road trips, 1 of which was long. I found my Fusion to be a very comfortable road car, easy to drive and seat adjustments make it less tiring while driving all day. Love the lumbar support! Gas Mileage is comparable to the 2009 Focus I had before.
