They wanted me to agree to pay 2 hours labor for warranty work. Because of rust on exhaust manufold bolts. I guess mechanics can't remove them without breaking them??? After arguing with Jessica I told her obviously she has shi**y mechanics if they can't do something like that. To which she yelled I wouldn't talk about her mechanics that way and hung up on me. This is why relationships in the workplace is a very bad idea. When i went to dealership after work, they just handed me my key. No discussion or anything. Just BYE. This is the second time this woman has lied to me. I was going ro trade the truck on a 2500 Cummings they had, but once wife found out what happened, she said to find one somewhere else. Long story short, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for service. Jessica doesn't have the temperament to be in management. She has cost that dealership too many loyal customers. xxxx, I was one of them.

Service is Incompetent
I have never bought a vehicle here due to their prices but I have had every Jeep I've owned in the last 7 years serviced here since it's the closest dealership to my house and I have never had a problem before now. I received a recall notice for my Wrangler, scheduled to take it in, showed up for my appt and was told it would take about an hour, I was left in the waiting room for about 30 minutes when they come and inform me they don't have the parts. Make a second appt, show up and sit in the waiting room for about 30 minutes and then they inform me it will take 2 hours so I left since I couldn't stay that long. Made a third appt, showed up and sat in the waiting room per norm, after 2 1/2 hours they come update me that the tech had issues getting the bolt out and he finally had it out and they would be done soon. This place was once good, now they are a joke!

As a customer of Springfield Chrysler Auto Mart Inc. located at 1500 GA Highway 21 S Springfield, GA 31329 I flew to Savanah from NY to buy a Mercedes-benz Metris from them. At the time of checkout, they assured me that the car was in perfect technical condition and that their service department checked everything, after that I left GA for NY. After 6 hours of driving Check engine, ABS, prevention collision assist lights came on . I immediately stopped at the rest area and sent a message to the company manager and informed about what had happened. I asked him for help as I did not know what to do and asked why they sold me a car in poor technical condition, although they promised that the car had no problems. He told me that I was in charge of the car after she left their territory and could not do anything. And he suggested that I go to the nearest shop for repairs. Since it was Sunday I only found a small repair shop in NJ. They hooked up a computer and did computer diagnostics and found many problems. Then I was asked to pick up the car and cancel the car loan. Mr. Scott said he couldn't do it. Having not reached NY, I had to leave the car in NJ and go to NY by taxi, since further control of this car was not safe. I also told the dealer all this and asked to cancel the deal, but he again refused and offered that he could send it to the Mercedes-benz dealership for repairs. As a result, the car was sent for repair, which was estimated at $ 2231, for which I have to pay. It turns out that I bought a car for almost $ 30,000, issued a loan, and still have to pay for repairs without a car for 3 weeks. Considering my bad experience with this dealership, I would not advise anyone to buy a car from them. They deceived me that the car is in excellent technical condition and when signing the documents they hid that the car has many problems. If you do not want to have problems with your car, do not buy a car from this dealer.

Great Service as promised
I bought a used Ram on October 26th , my sales rep was David Morgan, excellent service, a fair deal, and it only took 1 hr and 40 mins and I was on my way home with my new Ram. I had to return two weeks later for accessory parts I asked to be included in the sale, to be installed, and arrived as scheduled 8am, and all work was completed in just over 1 hours time as promised. I have but several vehicles here and always had a positive experience , and the service is great ! I wanted to say the service manager really has this operation running at its finest , thank you for making this easy and satisfying

Very professional service all around. I called looking for specific features for a Gladiator within a general price range. They provided the price and features I was looking for, with no hassles and complete transparency - to include a very fair trade in - and even managed to beat the financing that I had separately secured. Easiest car purchase I have ever made, and I will definitely refer friends and family to them in the future.

The guys seemed to do well with my vehicle, but my husband was very dissatisfied with service They took longer than expected, while service was to be working on his truck the guy walked away to visit with salesman. They left lots of freeze all over his interior. Unacceptable treatment of my husbands and his vehicle.
