Went to look at used cars which they had a nice selection,but when miss Leta sales representative met me and we talked and said for about the same price you can get a new vehicle,,,,well I thought what do u have in about what I was looking for used,,,well she was handed a tuff order because I am not easy,,,,but after miss Leta and my wife and I came to a agreement she not only made it affordable she and her team also made me feel good about there free add on,s like free ding removal and free rim scuff repair ,and she through in free tinted windows and PINSTRIPES to make the deal happen,if it wasn't for her hard work to please me and where I needed to be financially I would have went some where else,,,,but her TEAM MADE IT A GOOD VALUE AND A SMART DECISION NOW I HOPE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS AS GOOD AS MISS LETA,S SALES TEAM LETS FACE IT ITS A TOTAL TEAM effort to make a good experience on return customers,and word to mouth is the best advertisement and trust me I tell everyone how good my mean old butt was treated hope it continues,,,,,,,,,,,,I highly recommend going to Springfield Chrysler to see MISS LETA IF SHE AND HER TEAM CANT HELP FIND WHAT U NEED AND WHAT YOUR COMFORTABLE WITH THEN U WILL BE WASRING ALOT OF TIME LIKE MYSELF ,,,,,MR R HAGEDORN

We bought our new 2013 Dodge Ram Truck from Springfield Chrysler to pull our camper. The purchase of the truck went smooth. However while under warranty and only 30,000 miles on the truck, we experienced mechanical problems. So we towed the truck to their service department for repairs. We told the service department we had a camping trip planned in 2 months. We didn?t ask nor did they offer us a loaner to drive while our truck was being repaired. They have now had the truck for over 2 months. Today I had to cancel our camping trip that was booked one year ago. It took the service department 6 weeks to find out the motor needs to be replaced. Three weeks later they still did not have the motor. The motor was brought to them, but they did not have a lift to get it off the truck; so the delivery truck took the motor back. They are non-responsive and incompetent. We will never buy another truck from them and will possibly never buy another Dodge.

When my wife and I decided to buy a new car, we searched the internet looking at all that the automakers had to offer. We finally decided we liked the Chrysler products. We found Southern Motors Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Springfield GA and made the 30 minute drive to the dealership. Three and a half hours later we were leaving with our brand new Chrysler 200 in vivid blue. This car has great performance and the gas mileage is comparable to other vehicles out on the market. We loved the service we received from Kris who helped us decide which vehicle we wanted and began our buying process. To Derrick who finalized our contract with the loan company. We were happy with the warranty packages we purchased as well as those that came automatically with the vehicle. Such as the warranty on the rims covering any repairs for damage. Yes my wife took on a curb and the rim suffered damage. But the repair was scheduled quickly and the rim looks brand new. I recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle should make the trip to Springfield and see the people at this dealership
