Stay away from this dealership, the younger sales force

Stay away from this dealership, the younger sales force trying to earn a living are commended for their efforts yet the sales Manager is an absolute disgrace, John Carrinton reminds me of the neighbor you have that has a dog that he allows to poop in your yard and never cleans it up. that's the way he treats potential customers, It really not worth saying any more, but stay away from this place they are cheats!!!

After purchasing several vehicles (Charger, Challenger,

After purchasing several vehicles (Charger, Challenger, Jeep) from Five Star CDJ on Watson, I urged my dad to try Five Star Nissan on Russell due to a decent price on a used Toyota Camry. My intention was to pay for half of the vehicle upfront, which I advised the employees. However, each and every time they came back with an estimate for the contract, I declined. None of the estimates included the down payment. Instead of them subtracting the down payment from the finance price, they continued to lower the monthly payments hoping that I did not notice. Once I brought this to the attention of the staff, they became extremely rude and unprofessional. I would’ve gladly tipped them once the sale was complete BUT it definitely would not have been for a few thousand dollars. LOL. I do not recommend this dealership in no shape, form nor fashion. And, I truly hate that they have ruined the Five Star experience for me.

I went in for an oil change and the person who was

I went in for an oil change and the person who was changing the oil broke the nut and because it was change by the Dealership before that person did it. He put blame on the person that did by saying he had the nut too tight. I need the oil changed because my sister had passed away and I know I didn't had time to go to the dealership. Anyways because He broke the nut. They wanted to charge me $900.00 plus. I told them I couldn't afford it at the time and the person still went ahead and did it any. Well I ended up trading in the Nissan Rogue and got another. I wanted the windows tinted on the new Rogue, it never happened. They didn't give me my military discount plus I was charged for August and September. I turned in that vehicle August and someone got it in August. I went to the dealership and was told to call finance. I did finance refund September but they wouldn't refund August. Finance said they didn't get payment until September 6th. I was told to go back to the dealership for my August refund. I have been calling leaving voice-mail for a general manager for over 2 weeks and no response. I even went on Facebook messenger and still no response. I will not recommend anyone to Nissan. I would prefer go to Toyota dealership from now on.

I WON'T RECOMMEND NO ONE TO THE NISSAN DEALERSHIP.

I WON'T RECOMMEND NO ONE TO THE NISSAN DEALERSHIP. THE WORLD NEEDS HONEST PEOPLE. I went in for an oil change on August 6th and the person who was changing the oil broke the nut, told me the vehicle have an oil leak and because it was change by the Dealership before that person did it. Not a good dealership.

I went to test drive a used vehicle at 5 Star Nissan and I had a trade. When they gave me a quote on my trade they insulted me with a LOW BALL offer. They also added more milage to my odometer reading. I was not treated as a valued customer. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone..

Sorry stuck-up B's

I brought my Sentra for service and they refused to work on it because they did not like how it looked (clean with no physical damage). I took it elsewhere and it is back on the road. Really!? Refusing to work on it because it was a 2004 model?

Purchasing an automobile from Five Star Nissan W/R

We think Five Star Nissan, is a great place to buy an automobile. We went in with specific requests that we needed in a new car and they met all of them. It was quick and easy from a test drive to getting the keys to our new Rogue!!

Double Check Their Math!

Double Check Their Math!!! The amount provided in the estimate was over $600 MORE than the final bill. When questioned they said it was a computer error. New bill was still over the estimate but they said all places charge a Customer Pay Shop Charge. Then the gentleman said he tried to help me out by giving me a military discount (I am a veteran). They said it was a 10% discount on Parts and Service but even that was incorrect. To summarize they treated me like an idiot and then got upset with me when I confronted them with the math!!!!! I have used them in the past but NEVER AGAIN!

Hello Kathleen, Our Service Team here at Five Star Nissan Warner Robins has received your feedback and the opportunity to discuss pricing and the level of care you received here with us would be greatly appreciated. Please reach out so we can have a conversation about your review. Thank you, Amanda O'Connor aoconnor@fivestaronline.net Loyalty Manager

Consumer response

I am not exactly sure what you would like to discuss. Five Star Nissan should have on file the Additional Service Recommendations with pricing, the first Invoice and the amended invoice. Five Star Nissan’s error is clearly documented. All charges should be included on an estimate with the statement that taxes are not included and the final invoice SHOULD NOT be approximately $600 more than the estimate. If I could include screenshots of the documents here I would! I do not recommend anyone with health conditions to visit Five Star Nissan. The whole experience was extremely stressful and unpleasant.

I had the worst experience of my life with this service

I had the worst experience of my life with this service department. First off i went for tire rods which i didn't need. Which they diagnose my car at all. Then they tell me i needed hub and bearings which they put on there so i thought for them to tell me i needed a rack and pinion. But if they diagnosed it like they said they would've known all of this. They put the hub and bearings on then tell me that on the left side one was bad so i have missing bearings on my car. Not only that my car sound like a truck and i asked the manager why and he stated wat i needed and i began to tell him i understood that but i needed that before i brought it in so why is my car sounding so loud. He aggressively argued with me and told me to leave knowing that i had missing parts on the car and the service advisor said that it was unsafe to drive but he Jon let me leave knowing this. I took my car to another shop to have it looked at and the things they told me that they fixed was never fixed only for me to get a text from Jon saying sumbody took my axle loose wen nobody has worked on my car but them. I've lost all faith in the whole dealership especially the service department the manager is rude and a racist and he's not a people person. All of this could've been avoided but they messed my car up worse than wat it was and now nobody wants to fix i have to pay all this money to get it done. I advise anyone not to go there for nothing especially for service cause you'll be paying way more than wat you thought. My car is messed up and i'm furious it's sad that they would try and get over on a black woman that's trying to keep her car running... I got screwed big time. Stay away from there and from that rude service manager Jon also..

Sell bad cars- get a PPI before buying!!

I had a really bad experience with this dealership... they had a car that was very defective- an e350 mercedes of all... lemon said do not buy it's poorly taken care of and has many issues and inconsistencies. So they sell bad quality cars, but the worst part was the service i received from Greg. I would ask questions about the car and what maintenance it has had, how the tires are, etc. and he would literally just ignore me and then respond later completely changing the subject... never answering any important questions- he wasted a week of my time. He also failed to mention that they don't ship when he knew i was in texas... i paid for a pre purchase inspection and he tells me after i have paid and put 1k deposit.... wasted $200 on my ppi which wouldn't have happened if he answered my questions in the entire week i asked over and over important questions before buying a car. Greg told me to wait until the following week to do the pre purchase inspection bc the car was unavailable until then, so he lets me know friday evening that it’s ready- places are closed for the weekend when he tells me… had to wait til Monday to schedule. They went out on Wednesday and gave me a report thur morning. Keep in mind I would have had all of this done the previous week but greg told me not to. I also would have saved $200 had he answered my questions about the car. He didn’t know what anything meant either- I know more about cars than he does and I’m a girl…. How is he a car salesman and doesn’t know about cars and the process of buying one, etc. He then has the manager Amber Evans call me and yell at me about how i am wasting their time and she's going to refund the deposit and sell to someone else because i have taken too long… this was Thursday morning a few mins before I received the PPI report… I explained to her that he had me wait a week to order it, etc so she said she’d wait until I get the report after some arguing back and forth (she was not nice.) She told me to call her when I have it asap and give her an update. Called- no answer, no call back. Got the report- the car is in horrible shape- electrical issues and paint peeling off, bumper that doesn’t fit and is broken, etc for a car that’s 22k plus fees. I message greg asking for my deposit back… this is what I said “Do you know when the refund will be processed? Would talk to Amber but called twice and never got a call back Let me know please bc not sure how this works and want to make sure it’s not forgotten” and he told me to call the finance dept and then blocked me…. He was my sales guy and can’t even tell me how I will get my 1k back after throwing 200 down the drain… oh not to mention he kept harassing me about when will I get in to pick up the car and I would ask “how much is shipping?” And he’d disappear without answering, then text again “when are you going to pick up the car?” Then I said “I am not booking a flight to pick up the car until I have read the inspection report”- he has no logic apparently… Anyway, I want my deposit back and I want everyone to look out for cars you buy there. They are not in good shape based on my experience and the service there is horrible- people that are rude and don’t know anything about cars work there… with the exception of “Hunter” he was the most competent and nice person there. He’s the only one that ever got me straight answers and didn’t ignore me. Thank you Hunter! Management please get back to me on my deposit asap and please do something about the service provided there.. very very unprofessional and unknowledgeable
