Everyone was friendly & pleasant. Sales answered all my questions by phone & in person. After providing the quoted price, they didn't try to bait n switch anything. I did ask they have the paperwork ready to sign but instead waited 2 hours for them to get it ready. Nothing was ready in terms of the paperwork. That's my only complaint. I would've paid a small deposit or fee to have had everything ready.

i was sold a car that was not fully inspected . i have had my vehicle for one month and either this month ive had to get two new tires and now im being told by a mechanic that i need new back brakes and that the brakes are so worn down that i may need roders replaced as well costing me over 300 . i recommend anyone purchasing from them to request a set of full tires and new brakes before riding away with it .

Mike and management were so good about working with me. I had a limit of what I could afford, waiting for a new title on my totaled Honda and the payout I needed to complete the purchase. They understood my concerns, reassuring me several times that everything was ok and holding the car for me. I won't have any hesitation to highly recommend this store and personnel.
