This was honestly the smoothest and hands down the best

This was honestly the smoothest and hands down the best no-pressure experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Shawn and Dylan are truly top notch professionals. I would most definitely recommend and purchase another vehicle again. Thank you very much, I love the Denali !!

I think we were sold a lemon.

I think we were sold a lemon. We bought a 2026 GMC Canyon in September 2025. It last about 2 weeks before it broke down on a visit to Arkansas. It has been sitting at this service department where I bought the truck in Texas. I live in Oklahoma and have been staying in Texas waiting on the truck to get fixed. They have no vehicle to loan me. We have received no updates from the dealership. I definitely have buyers remorse for purchasing a GMC.

I brought my 2024 GMC Denali in to address 4 recalls, get

I brought my 2024 GMC Denali in to address 4 recalls, get a 22k service, top off the DEF, and confirm that it was ready for a long trip pulling an RV. Heritage had my truck all day. When I arrived the next day, I was told that the recalls had been addressed and that there were no other concerns. When I entered the vehicle, I noticed that the DEF had not been filled, my oil life was at 34% and all of my tires were low on air. I asked about the oil, and they said they normally change it when it is below 10%. After explaining, the staff member, who was professional and nice, apologized and took the vehicle to address the issues. I still had to wait an additional hour for them to do what should have been done the day before. When I checked the DEF and air pressure, the DEF was full, but the tires, which require 75PSI for the front and 70 for the rear, now had 85 PSI for all. I hope they weren't overinflated out of spite. When I go to the dealership, especially when I bought the vehicle there, I want to be able to trust that my vehicle is ready. I have lost some confidence in Heritage. Jimmy W. Dyer

Super quick service today!

Super quick service today! Dropped the car off early, for an oil change later, and it was ready to go an hour before the scheduled appointment!
