I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SALES REP ALAN HELLAR HE DID EVERYTHING HE COULD TO MAKE SURE I WALKED OUT WITH THE SUV I HAD MY EYE ON . ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE CAR WASH . OTHER THEN THAT HE MADE SURE WE GOT EVERYTHIG TAKEN CARE OF. WE WERE SO HAPPY WITH HIS HELP WE SENT OUR FRIEND THE NEXT DAY TO BUY A CAR.

This dealership did not give me any hassle or run around like others in the past. I had a great salesman in Alan Heller and would recommend him to anyone else that goes there.

I recently purchased a new 2012 Dodge Ram big horn from this dealer. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership, and both times I worked with Don Staton, a true professional. Don took the time to show me multiple different models of trucks, numerous times, and helped explain the details and differences of each. His knowledge of the product went far beyond the brochure and he was very helpful in helping me find the truck that would suit my needs. At no time did I ever feel pressured to buy a vehicle and the negotiation process was conducted in a truly professional manner. Don knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, and integrity made buying a vehicle from him much more pleasant than I have found at other dealers. I recently experienced a tral loss of my car due to floods and shopped at Rick Hendrick. Allen Wilson was the salesman who took care of us and he did a phenomenal job. He was available and not pushing is to buy. At the end we were extremely happy with experience, the deal and the service.

Don was great! He was very knowledgable and very helpful. He did not pressure us into test driving or buying. All of the staff was nice. Our finance person was very knowledgable too and worked hard to get us a great interest rate.

After I installed my winch, I needed to have some coil spring spacers by TeraFlex to raise the front end of my jeep by 1.25 inches. Although this was a custom job, the Service Department was more than willing to assist me. Whit (Service Manger) and Mike (Technician) went through great strides to ensure that the job was done right and that I was happy with the work. I highly recommend them and will bring my vehicle there for service again in the future! Thanks!!!

i did not get a car. i believe most car dealers including hendrix are nothing more than puppets for banks a hardworking honest man who understands he made some mistakes does not have a chance if hendrix oer any dealer wanted to get better pr they should fiance their own cars. shame on all the crap and dihonesty that goes in to buying a car.

With this being our 3rd Rick Hendrick Dealership purchase in our family in the past 3 years, Casi, BY FAR, exceeds in Customer Service. His greatest strength is his ability to LISTEN and actaully Hear and then ACT on what he heard. He uses the very valuable tool of repeating back to the customer what he heard to ensure accuracy.
