Service advisor was excellent, the mechanic went way

Service advisor was excellent, the mechanic went way above and beyond, the video of service items checked and performed was a very good idea and I appreciated the effort to keep me informed.

My low oil pressure light was coming on intermittently.

My low oil pressure light was coming on intermittently. I was told by Erica that it would be 2 days before they could do a diagnostic. It sat in the lot for 5 days before they even looked at it. Was told I needed a new sensor so they replaced it. Drove it 2 days and the light came back in. Back we go. Sat on the lot again for another 5 days with no communication to me about what was going on. After many phone calls and emails I was told I needed a new oil pump that was 3k. So they replaced it. After several more days with no communication I was told that didn?t fix the issue and I could use a thicker oil or replace the engine to the tune of 10k. Make that make sense. The reason for the low rating is the total lack of communication on the part of Erica and the poor customer service in general. Not to mention the inflated pricing!
