The engine of our 15-yr old Explorer with 180,000 miles decided to lock up. Not worth the expense of repair, we needed a new vehicle quick. The Group-1 sales team found the new Explorer we wanted and made a good deal for us. The experience was great and we are enjoying the comfort and safety features of our 2026 Explorer.

Dropped my truck off this morning for routine maintenance and they had me in and out of there in just over an hour. Full maintenance check, wheel alignment and rotation, and oil change along with performing a recall service I didn't even know the truck needed. They are always curteous, quick, and professional!

Took my vehicle for 2 recalls in the past 6 months and this dealership went above and beyond to fix the issue in a professional and timely manner. I dropped my car off in the morning, got shuttled home and my car was delivered to my home the same day! Best and friendliest service!
