Service great When I bought this truck they misrepresented the warranty period. This caused me to loose faith in the finance department. I would go back for service with Mary but go elsewhere for purchases

Very seamless.

Very seamless. Work performed no issues. Dropped off vehicle, had work done in a timely manner. Will return to this dealer. They always take care of us.

The car buy experience was fast and easy. We were in and out with the new truck. An we weren?t having to sit around with our 6month old daughter

Talked with Charles he was great .

Talked with Charles he was great . Got me hooked up and going very pleasant experience. Would recommend Charles as a service advisor to anyone. Have no clue why they insist on it being 25 words so adding that.

The service technician was very knowledgeable.

The service technician was very knowledgeable. She even gave me tips on using my points towards the payment. The points gave me enough of a discount, so that I was able to get everything done for less than two dollars.

I contacted Greenville ford service for a transmission

I contacted Greenville ford service for a transmission fluid change/flush and was quoted a price for the service. I then contacted Rockwall ford service and for the exact same service (verified by associates at each dealership) Rockwall was $200 cheaper. This is my second trans service and the first one was also $200 less than what Greenville ford wanted. Rockwall ford provided good service and good customer service. My 2 only issues would be I had a 9 am appointment and my vehicle was done until 2:30 pm. I have skid plates on the truck and I found 2 bolts that are for the trans cover very loose

Actually, I've never been to the dealer.

Actually, I've never been to the dealer. Everything is really good, everyone is friendly and agile. Mr. Keith has received my case. And everything you just need to go back to sleep to get well and then wait for him to come and get the car. Everything only in 3 hours. I really didn't expect it. I thought I would have to leave to get the car the next day. You guys are amazing.
