Keith kept me up to date on what they were doing to my vehicle. They gave me a ride home when I dropped my vehicle off. They had it ready well before 5:00 as promised

Group 1 service department has great customer service, very prompt, and Javier kept me up to date while waited on my vehicle.

My experience here in the past (2 years ago) was not

My experience here in the past (2 years ago) was not good. I reluctantly tried again. This time Mady made sure I was always informed. In the past I was told at least 8 to 10 things needed immediate repair. This time one defect was pointed out (which I was aware of but forgot to tell them to look at. I asked for the brakes to be checked. In the past that would’ve been automatic pads and rotors. This time I was told the brakes were fine. Thank you for a great experience.

My confidence was high from the beginning.

My confidence was high from the beginning. Our Service Advisor ( Kris Wade ), took control and the Process was underway. To our surprise, our car was ready in half the time we eaxpected.
