Always have awesome service experience here. Today was no exception. Mike my service advisor was exceptional. Facility was clean. Wait was what I was told it would be.

I worked with Oscar to get my truck scheduled service, he explained everything that was needed, was very helpful, and quickly turned around my truck.

Larry Atherton at Rockwall Ford was very helpful and found us what we needed. The managers and finance were good to us and worked to get a price we could afford.

I received an approval for an auto loan prior to visiting the dealership to purchase my auto. I provided the approval code to Armando the finance rep and he advised that my interest rate was .10% higher. I didn?t much of it at the time because I was anxious to complete the purchase. I spoke with a Bank of America representative yesterday and she advised that the approval that I qualified was not associated with the auto purchase. BOA called in reference to the open loan application to inquire about if I had any questions. I was pretty upset after speaking with the BOA rep because I felt deceived. My recommendation is if you decide to purchase a vehicle with Rockwall Ford be careful when dealing with the finance department.

Easy to reach and they were waiting for me. Picked the truck up the same day I dropped it off.

They are amazing especially Javier he was so nice to me and helpful thank you.
