Bad customer experience
Sold them my car on 10/15. On 10/29, my bank has not received the payoff from them. I will need to now fight for the additional day interest payment.

Always professional and thorough
Service rep was cordial, efficient and knowledgeable. Facility is clean and comfortable. Courtesy shuttle was very helpful and enabled us to get car serviced with minimal disruption to our day.

I cannot express the extreme disappointment in autonation...
I cannot express the extreme disappointment in autonation Frisco. We bought a car and agreed in the contract that the full detailed cleaning and touch ups would be addressed once the plates were ready (by which point past the 30 day return policy). We took the car in over a week ago and we’re not given a call to say when the car would be ready. I rang multiple times over 2 days where I got passed around people even sent to voice mailboxes where the system doesn’t allow you to leave messages. I eventually spoke to someone who said the car was ready so we went to pick it up, it hadn’t even been cleaned and the touch ups were worse than when we originally bought the car and even worse, the car has been damaged whilst in their care with a new paint dent on the passenger side. We waited for over 20 minutes asking for assistance and no one came. We had to leave to pick the children up from school and not even a courtesy call. I have called to speak to the manager multiple times and left messages and no return call. The car is now worse than when we first bought it and no one is calling us to say how we can sort this out. This is shameful and dishonest. We are now left without a car which is worse than when we bought it and nobody contacting us to help. Absolutely disgraceful. Honestly wish we had not bought a Ford.

Ranger Tonneau Cover
After searching myself for a tonneau cover, I consulted with AutoNation Ford Frisco and they ended up installing a cover that works great and has a warranty. Great transaction overall.

Jonathan our service advisor greeted us upon our arrival and proceeded to explain additional options available to us for upgraded service. He was very knowledgeable about his job and didn't hesitate to explain the entire service process and kept us informed of the status of the service as it happened. We really appreciated the family atmosphere and personal attention.

Purchased, but meh experience
We purchased a vehicle from this dealership, but it certainly wasn't due to the passion of anyone there. They just happened to have a vehicle we were interested in and I honestly felt that our particular sales rep and the entirety of the staff, although friendly, couldn't care less if we purchased or not. We arrived about an hour before closing time and the rep and everyone involved seemingly acted like they were more interested in closing up shop and heading home than selling a car. Our particular rep, was on his phone with a personal call almost the entire time during our process and we had to have people search him out on a couple of occasions after we test drove a couple vehicles. We purchased here, but not because anyone here went above and beyond trying to make it a great experience. Not rude by any means, but they evidently have better things to do than focus on selling your a car.
