Lost business for ever
I was lied to. Told repairs were needed that were not, and prices quoted were nothing more than highway robbery. We’ve been Bill Utter customers for over 10 years. You can certainly tell things have changed since Mr. Utter is not running things. The Crawford family will no longer do business with Bill Utter Ford, and we will make a point to caution those we know from dealing with your untrustworthy business.

Just an amazing experience
I've never been to any dealership in my life that has been very honest, friendly, and fast when it comes to servicing my vehicles. In Aug 2018 I bought an F-150 from Bill Utter which what was the smoothest transaction ever. A few months later, I wanted to try out the service department. I brought my truck in for the first oil change and noticed that they offered an oil change package the includes tire rotation. This is two common maintenance items that most dealerships charge separate for, not Bill Utter its all one price. With it being a Saturday usually this is a busy day, but surprisingly, in about an hour the service was completed each time that I have brought my truck in. The biggest winner of this, they also service other manufacture's vehicles. So I give it a try with my 2017 Nissan Altima SR. I brought it up to Bill Utter, they changed the oil and rotated the tires and I also caught the Techs looking at how amazing my Nissan was considering it was an upgraded Altima with the sport package on it. Needless to say they did a fantastic job on my Altima as well. I am enjoying this relationship that we are building and I am looking forward to purchasing many more vehicles from Bill Utter as well as servicing my vehicles when the need arises. One last thing, when I brought my truck in this weekend, they said I needed a new Air Filter and Cabin Filter. Normally there is an extra labor fee for installing it plus the part. Considering that I was a little strapped at the time, I began searching AutoZone for the part for which they also stock Motorcraft parts. I then went to the parts counter and purchased the new filters for the same price as Autozone which also saved me an extra trip and the time involved. I love one stop shopping and also competitive price matching. Great Job to the entire Bill Utter Team! Well done!

Great service - covered by warranty
Easy to schedule - fixed under warranty. Johnny was professional and courteous and the shuttle was convenient. Nice report with status of other items for the future.

Buying from Bill Utter Ford in Denton actually a very pleasant experience. I was welcomed upon arrival and I did not feel “swarmed“ as I have felt at other dealerships in the past. I stated upfront that I wished to look at the new Ford Ranger and was promptly shown a nice selection. I picked the model showed in the picture and asked if I may test drive it. The request was granted and the salesman, Cory, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. At no point during the entire negotiation was anyone pushy; in fact I was allowed to state my needs and what I wish to speak about in the conversation never veered from that. Total turnaround time walking in the door to leaving with keys was approximately four hours and none of the time felt wasted. They did not play a “back-and-forth“ game. It was efficient and I feel like I got a fair deal. Not the typical way one could describe the stereo typical dealership experience. Kenneth took care of our needs in a very straightforward and informative manner. It was one of the first times ever that I’ve not felt nickeled and dimed in the finance office. Keep up the good work.

Front wheel damage.
Was told the front driver's side wheel bearing was damaged due to hitting a curb, also wheel was bent so I was told. Don the rep said it would need a new hub and wheel. it would take 3 to 5 days for the wheel to come in. Picked car up and was charged$ 1816.00, $ 1084.00 for a wheel, however, the wheel was not put on, and I was still charged for it. Still, have the same wheel on the car with no damage, I will never darken the doorstep of your business again, and I will let everyone I know what this shop has done to my wife and I. Along with getting in touch with the Ford corporate office and let them know the details. I will never be ripped off from you again. Thanks Don the service rep who lied to me and tried to take advantage of us.

I have been going to Bill Utter for years not only to purchase my vehicles but to service them. I trust them to give it to me straight when I need something done and to do it right the first time.
