Our new 2018 Ford Edge was only 3 weeks old when someone back into the drivers side front fender. Being a long time customer for service on my Ford vehicles, I didn't hesitate to use Bill Utter Ford for the body repair work. They did the estimate in a timely, professional manner and a week later once all was approved with the insurance company, I dropped the vehicle off for the repairs. The car was completed a day early and the quality of the work was outstanding. I'm very particular about my cars and with it being a new vehicle I wanted it to be perfect and it was! Bill Utter Ford has been very consistent for me over the last 8 years and I highly recommend them.

I got an appointment the night before at 7:30am. I arrived 30 mins late and they still accommodated me. The service team was honest about the time it would take and the costs upfront. The waiting area is great, plenty of room and access to wifi allowing me to work while waiting for my truck. All around great experience.

Fast and friendly eve the checkout was great. everything was done on time, truck was ready to go as son as I arrived, no hassles.

I had a pleasant experience as I was having my oil changed, They did an inspection of tires, brakes,the battery, and checked all the fluids. I waited in the waiting room which has a TV, magazines and refreshment center.Very nice employees in the check in center and check out and fiance department..

Finnaly a dealership that listens to what you want and not what they want to sell! I went to five different dealerships and talked to salesmen that wanted to sell me the vehicle they wanted to sell. Roberto listened and showed me a number of options that I wanted to see. Toronto was very helpful on line and between Roberto and Toronto I had a wonderful experience. I made my choice and then I met Mike in finance , and suprise, I got more than I expected. I will recomend Bill Utter Ford to all my friends and family without reservations.

friendly staff, helpful and informative. The premises are great. Overall this is a easy and pleasant dealership to work with. If you call in or visit in person the experience is always good.
