Oil change
Went yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. I got to the dealership around 8am and didn’t leave until after 11am. The man helping me said “just about done” several times when I asked about it.

Reasonable price, quick turn-around
I went in for the works oil change, asked about brakes squeaking. It turns out my brakes are OK and they did not take the opportunity to do unnecessary work. I go to Bill Utter because I trust them. Not much up-sell, and no unnecessary work.

No communication!
Tired of the same old B.S. no communication on what is going on with our truck. The truck sits at the dealer for over a month before I have to go down there and confront the service writer Eddy to get answers. It should have never gone this far. Find out that the service bulletin came out in 2012 for my truck and was not addressed until the 2nd visit for the same problem and then the service dept wants me to pay full price for both visits when it wasnt repaired or quality control checked before Ibwas notified that it was ready. What a JOKE of a place!

Didn't waste any time
Everyone was friendly and courteous. They took the time to explain the two recalls on my truck. They were quick in getting me in and out.

Good and bad
Originally took in for recall. bad information took much longer than anticipated. did not finish work. Later after complaining, Danny took wonderful care of me. Did everything I ask and more. Said they are having trouble with come employees.
