Pricey but good cust svc, comfortable waiting area, paid a little extra for tires out of convenience while there, would be nice if Ford offered free road hazard like Costco, wanted to charge extra $120 for warranty.

6 visits still no resolution! We have pictures and proof of latch problem but...service can’t replicate it. So taking car back tomorrow with hope

I took my 2016 Explorer in with no radio. They took it in and found the problem and I was able to pick up my SUV that afternoon. Really nice service people.

The vehicle had an issue w/ the leaf springs since low mileage. I brought in for service a couple months ago and it was fixed by replacing a couple of pieces and greasing. It resurfaced and I expressed the need to identify the problem and replace a part so this doesn't continue. Erin was very helpful in the process and received approval to replace the part.

I was told that it could take two hours for what my vehicle was in for and the amount of vehicles that were checked in ahead of mine. It was finished in just over an hour. Completely satisfied that the staff was considerate of my time. Thank you service department!!!

Very Good and Friendly Service
I came in on a very rainy Saturday morning, for an unscheduled visit, because my battery was giving me trouble. Much to my surprise, I was taken in promptly, just like I had an appointment and taken care of well. Even better, my replacement battery was covered by my warranty so it did not cost me anything out of pocket. Very surprised and very pleased with this experience.
