Lincoln Service

Wait time seemed a little long, since I had made an appointment. Everything else associated with the service was good. I really think Greg Hall does a great job.

Always good service, friendly advisors

I had contact with an adviser other than my usual professional yesterday on a matter that the service dept had neglected to do on 9/24/18 when I picked up my new vehicle. The individual was friendly, helpful and seemed to be genuinely interested in getting the matter attended to as swiftly as possible. These are all good people, people I have done business with for over 20 years, I highly recommend this dealership and especially Greg Hall in Service and Doyle Chaffin in Sales. ...they will treat you right as does the GM Carl Anderson...

The garage personnel verify that my battery under warranty

Someone took the initiative and verify the warranty coverage with replacing the battery. I was told updates to the coverage was updated as of 10/01/2018.

Bad Diagnosis on Faulty Instrument Cluster

I took in a 2004 Ford Focus with less than 50K miles to have the instrument cluster diagnosed. The cluster's operation was intermittent and I suspected it would need to be replaced. However, the service department did the diagnosis and told me the problem was not a bad instrument cluster, but was being caused by the alternator which needed to be replaced. And oh, by the way, the diagnosis also showed that the fuel pump was ready to go out and also needed to be replaced. The estimate for both was north of $1500. I declined their offer and had the alternator and fuel pump replaced by a local automotive care center for less than 60% of Utter's quote. Unfortunately, the new alternator did not fix the instrument cluster problem. So back to square 1 for the problem with the instrument cluster. But, looking at the glass as half-full instead of half-empty, I now have a new alternator and fuel pump which I may not have needed.

Excellent service long wait times

Service team here is very friendly and helpful. I would give 5 stars if the service was quicker. I’ve waited an hour and a half before for an oil change with an appointment and 2 hours for an alignment. Other than that, the experience was outstanding.

Don Swift provided excellent service to repair numerous prob

Don Swift provided excellent service repairing numerous problems with navigation system, wiper blades. Key entry system, routine service such as oil change, lube , and tire rotation.

Excellent service!

We had a very positive experience at Bill Utter Ford. Our salesman was extremely informative, helpful and honest. It was not a high pressure experience which was refreshing. We definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a Ford product!
