Got to go again!

Had a key made and now an existing key will not crank the car! Got to make another trip to the dealer...not good! Plus, prices are high!!! I'd go somewhere else!

2011 Ford F-150, bought new. Service was excellent, as always; service staff discovered that what I thought was a major issue was a far more easily resolved problem. Saved me money and anxiety. High praises to the folks at Ernest McCarty!

In quickly and serviced turned in a reasonable period of time. About 1.5 hours If that "survey terms of service" is apparently optional then how come the check mark is required?
