Friendly staff and great customer service. I also like the video sent to me showing the work that was performed and items checked.

The rep was very kind and professional. She helped turn off the lane assist on the vehicle. She also let me know that we do get a notice if the tire pressure is low.

This is my first time owning a Mazda product and the first time bringing my car to be serviced at this dealership. I was surprised at how little James showed concern or interest for my questions/issues. He listened to my concerns at drop off, but offered no explanation after my car was serviced. And my problem with the blind spot monitoring sensor malfunction still continues. I had to go back to my salesperson to get some direction.
