Every time I go for standard service they try to upsell
Every time I go for standard service they try to upsell with something I don’t need. It’s very annoying. One time they tried to sell me tire balance but I had just got new tires and balance 3 months earlier and the car was driving fine. Then they said I needed new brakes, went to another shop near my house and they said brakes were 40% and they don’t usually change till they are below 15%. There’s more but that’s the two most recent.

I was approached and taken care of very quickly upon arrival to the dealership. I was quickly helped and talked through several options before test driving the car that I vibed with the most. The test drive was smooth and Anthony was informative along the way as I learned about the cx-50s features. All my questions were answered, including ones that I didnt know that I had. I was satisfied with how smooth the trade-in of my car happened and how quickly I was able to traverse the financing process. On this Thanksgiving, I would like to thank each and everyone involved in this process. I have enjoyed driving and actually get excited everyday when I get into my new car. Thank you!

Fixed all that I requested.
Fixed all that I requested. Everything looks and sounds great. The audio/video link to the mechanic via my phone was a pleasant surprise. Only complaint was that the escort attendant who met me to check me in failed to tell me to check my phone for a message from the mechanic working on my car. Noting was done until 2 + hours later when I inquired at the service managers officer. They were waiting for me to sign the repair authorization before starting any work. I'll know better next time.
