We visited back in August for a issue with our car, a
We visited back in August for a issue with our car, a loud noise. After 2 diagnosis and repairs, the noise has returned. A now total of 2 miss diagnosis. I tried to call for about 2 weeks now. Out of 8 phone calls to Mazda, only 1 time was I able to leave a message. I have still not received a call back. Sad to say that we are moving on from Med Center Mazda and even the Mazda brand entirely since Med Center is the only Mazda dealership in the Bham area.

Tyler was very informative on what was wrong with my car. He actually showed what was wrong wirh it instead of saying what was wrong with it. He got my car sounding like a car again. I highly recommend him.
