It cares about selling vehicles. It does not care about taking care of customers or being considerate with customers' time. I have bought two vehicles over 13 years. The results were the same for both. The buying experience was ok. The service sucks and the customer service is worse. It is obvious that this dealership does not value its customers loyalty or time. I have sat and waited for service on my vehicle many times. Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation is the norm. I have waited as long as 3 and 1/2 hours before. Even then I had to get the manager on duty to speed the process up. I have one more prepaid scheduled maintenance session. After that I will not be spending any more money with this entity. Also, if you sell a warranty to someone PLEASE BE WILLING TO SERVICE THE VEHICLE YOURSELF OR ARRANGE FOR IT TO BE SENT TO A QUALIFIED SHOP! Do not allow your "service advisors" to try to talk the customer into taking it to a different dealership simply because you do not want to deal with the hassle of transport. This is not taking of someone. It is running them away from your business and losing money in the process.

We were able to try out a used, late model car with no pressure. We visited a week later and reasonably negotiated a fair price on a new car of the same model. The sales and finance staff were straightforward to deal with. We would go back.

Bought a used Ford Ranger from them. Very good buying experience. My salesperson, Will, was very professional. No high pressure sales tactics like you see at some dealerships. I would highly recommend them!
