My car buying experience was amazing!

My car buying experience was amazing!!!! Our salesperson-Will was the epitome of customer service. He ensured we felt comfortable with the process and vehicle from beginning to end. He even came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule. We are thankful to all the staff that we had the pleasure of working with during this process. Highly recommend the Mazda brand and this dealership.

I recently brought my daughter’s car in for service and

I recently brought my daughter’s car in for service and received a note stating it needed new tires. I called twice and left a voicemail for my service advisor to discuss the options—especially given the car has only 26,000 miles—but never received a return call. Instead, I received a text message stating the price was non-negotiable as it was set by Mazda, with no further follow-up. At that point, I chose to purchase tires from a provider who took the time to speak with me and valued my business. Lack of communication cost your store a sale. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for your future ustomers

Professional service. They were incredibly efficient and effective in servicing my car. The video overview is very informative. And they provided a comfortable space where I could wait and get work done.

The conversation I had with the woman who made my

The conversation I had with the woman who made my appointment was delightful. We talked through my needs and it was determined that I would drop off the car and leave it while I was on vacation. I entered the service door that scheduled Saturday and was met with a stressed out service rep, who questioned my arrival. In short, I felt scolded. They say first impressions are everything so because of how I was (un)welcomed in the service door, I won’t be back. Car repair is a service business, customers get to choose where they spend their money, so unless I have a recall, I will not be returning. And as much as I’ve enjoyed driving my Mazda, this experience has made me ready to look for another make if/when the time comes.
