I have serious concerns after having had my car serviced

I have serious concerns after having had my car serviced one week earlier and being told that there were no service issues other than my tire wear. When I brought the car back the next week, I was told I need brakes and other service items needed to be repaired. The discrepancy between the two inspection reports causes me considerable doubts as to the reliability.

Arrived for 9:15 appt, explained what I wanted done, answered my questions and was given an approximate time car would be done. Service was completed around the time given. Check out was easy. Satisfied with the service dept.

Honestly, I've never been to a dealership service

Honestly, I've never been to a dealership service department where no one comes out to help you. Every other service department has someone that actually comes out to introduce themselves and ask how they can help you. This is the second time I've been there and it was the same. I walked into the office and had to go up to somebody. One guy was just snacking on a bag of chips. I know you guys are extremely busy and it is unpredictable how long some things take. I was there for something extremely simple. I had an appointment at 9 and car sat in service line for 30 minutes.
