Best car buying experience I have ever had. And I have bought a lot of vehicles in last 45 years.

Updated showroom and a very friendly staff. Super easy to purchase the truck I wanted and from the test drive to finance office it was a pleasant experience. I also felt they gave me a fair number on my trade in.

We took our class C RV into Tom Jones Ford to have an exaust leak fixed. We'd had it diagnosed at an exaust shop but they weren't equipped to lift a vehicle of this size to make the repair. That estimate was for 1 full day and $1250.00. We weren't shocked by Ford's $2100 and 1 week estimate but when it took 2 weeks. We had to cancel our vacation and were disappointed. The worst part was that I had to contact the manager to get information out of them, our advisor wouldn't call us back. And when we picked it up, it looked like it had been ransacked ! All contents of the "doghouse " or console were strewn across the floor, our National Park annual pass and book were even dumped out of their carrying case. And the bed--in the back of the RV was trashed. We had all the clean bedding stacked neatly on it. I don't know why they had to move that, but apparently they did. Ok, but, put it back like you found it! And the window molding on the bed area window was dangling on the outside. The cover on the skylight was on the floor too. And they'd removed the curtain tie backs and tossed them on the floor. I don't understand why they seemed to leave it a mess intentional. So, 1 star only and I hope everyone reads this and avoids this shop, which we expected more from.
Trashed our RV while there for service.

Good afternoon, Lori I would like to give you our sincere apologies you fell that we have not met your expectations. I did try to explain that the tech was trying to remove the manifolds without having any of the exhaust studs break as this is an issue these engines. Unfortunately, the vehicle had three exhaust manifold studs that had to be extracted from the cylinder heads. There is normally a charge to extract each broken stud from the cylinder head which we did not charge you for. I took care of that charge due to the time it was taking to get your vehicle completed. The tech was working on extracting the broken studs without having to remove the cylinder heads like I had explained to you via messaging. This at times can be a big task and take time to get these broken pieces out without having to remove the cylinder heads. The tech was able to extract these and get the job completed. This is unfortunately the reason for the additional time to complete the repairs. My apologies again for the amount of time it took, however these issues are unforeseen when trying to give a completion time to a customer. I did speak with the technician, he stated he was at no time anywhere in the rv except by the front seats and the engine cover. He stated he put all paperwork on the dash when he was finished with the repairs. I am not sure about the skylight that was on the floor, if you feel we caused that issue I will be happy to repair that for you. Please feel free to contact me as I would be happing to take care of anything you feel we have caused damage to. Scotty McMillan Jones Ford Buckeye Svc Mgr 602-980-1158
Sonny!
Sonny! Is a great guy! Always available when we need him ! He goes above and beyond ! Actually all Jones Ford employees are wonderful !!!
Shady sales people .
Shady sales people . Bait & switch offers. Overall do not recommend. Sales Managers support the sales reps even when they breach Fair Lending laws. Sales will put paperwork through on a car even if you say you don't want it hoping to force the sale. So disappointed.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Jones Ford Buckeye
I recently purchased a vehicle from Jones Ford Buckeye with the assistance of salesman Frank K. The experience was both professional and personal. Not only did Frank K. assist me with the trade in of one car and the purchase of another; he also assisted me when I changed my mind about the purchase and aided me in securing the vehicle I am now happily satisfied with. While still learning the vehicle, I left the lights on one night and the battery died. I contacted Frank K. and he came to my assistance and jumped my vehicle for me. Frank K. did not abandon me after my purchase was finalized. Great customer service. That's the epitome of professionalism and Frank's superiors should be aware of his stellar customer service. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Frank K. as your salesman. Thank you Frank K.
Thank you for my recent experience with the purchase of my vehicle at Jones Ford Buckeye. My salesman Frank K. provided stellar customer service before, during and after the sale. Special mention to the finance staff I worked with also. I will happily refer Frank K. and Jones Ford Buckeye to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. The service I received from sales to finance was professional and personable. Thank you guys.
This is by far the worst Ford dealership I have ever
This is by far the worst Ford dealership I have ever worked with. Their service department houses a bunch of liars who lie about the most miniscule things in the world. About 2 months ago, I went into this dealership (I leased my car here) to have some recall work done (some computer work/rear axle work). My cup holder was also falling through my center console, so they told me they would order the part and then get me scheduled to have it repaired. Fast forward 2 months, I took me calling 2 different days, leaving 2 voicemails, and getting on their website to chat with a representative before someone called me back. Low and behold, the service manager Allen tells me that the part was "tracked" down, and it would be here next Tuesday, exactly 2 months from when we went in to have the recall work done. They wanted to schedule me Wednesday, sure no problem. They told me it would be all day, sure no problem. Do you have courtesy vehicle I can have for the day? No, we don't offer that. Um ok, well I will need to get with my husband since we have 2 kids and need a vehicle to get them around. Something didn't sit right with me, so I called another Ford dealership in the valley to see if they could help me. Sure enough, they can order the part (the part that comes from California and takes 2 days to get here) and repair my car. I have been since been contacted by the service department manager, Mr. McMillan. After some leg work on his end, he actually tracked down the part that has been sitting in their parts department since August 24th. Somewhere, someone dropped the ball and never contacted us. However, it still does not change the fact that this morning Allen had the audacity to call me up and lie about said part. He could have taken the 10 minutes to call the parts department or even walk back there, to see where it was. Instead, he continued on with a lie saying it was "on its way and would be here next week". Mr. McMillan is attempting to make this right by doing the repairs this week. However, liars are a cancer to a company/business, and I would still not recommend them.
