My complete transaction was completed on line and

My complete transaction was completed on line and talking with my Sales person Carl. While I was talking with Carl I completed all of my paperwork and they had a notary come to my home to sign all of the documents. I had a great experience with Carl from Tidelands Ford. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy. Thank you for a great experience.

Chandler was awesome to work with.

Chandler was awesome to work with. Financing could not have gone any smoother. They even picked me up at my house to bring me to dealership to pick up my vehicle. Very pleasant experience.

This was the 2nd new vehicle purchase with Tidelands.

This was the 2nd new vehicle purchase with Tidelands. The salesperson, Chad M, took the time to listen to and understand our needs and desires to get us into this Ford Bronco Sport. The entire Tidelands team, from management to sales to finance and even parts & service provide outstanding service! This dealership has a hometown family feel and concern for their customers.

It was a great experience.

It was a great experience. We drove over two hours, passing dozens of other dealers to purchase the exact car that we wanted from Tideland Ford. It was such a great experience that we are considering making the long drive again for our next vehicle purchase.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tidelands Ford

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tidelands Ford in Pawleys Island for service. My 2020 F-150, with 105,000 miles, was in excellent condition aside from a transmission issue—an issue Ford is known to address with the 10-speed transmission. I brought the truck in for a warranty-covered transmission replacement, and the dealership kept the vehicle for six months. Unfortunately, the original issue was not resolved, and I noticed several new concerns afterward, including engine problems, malfunctioning door locks, unexpected A/C activation, loud noises, and a burning smell. At one point, I was asked to test-drive the vehicle and later discovered that the engine had no oil in it. This raised serious concerns about the thoroughness and safety of the service performed. While the service manager was courteous and professional and willing to assist, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously at the management/owner level, and the issues with my vehicle were not addressed to my satisfaction. Because Ford dealerships are independently owned and operated, I understood that responsibility for resolving service problems rests with the dealership itself and Tidelands owner Josh Bauer refused to continue service on my vehicle to correct the matter while rudely dismissing my concerns. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I would urge anyone considering service at this location to proceed with caution.

Their follow up is slow.

Their follow up is slow. Seems like they're not interested in selling unless you have perfect credit. Or lot of cash. so I'm not really sure about the salespersons. Great dealership I'm sure.
