I have been taking my Audi's to Audi of Chandler since 2012. I actually drive past Audi of Gilbert to go to Audi of Chandler due to not having a good experience at the Gilbert dealership. My service advisor, Al Rizzo, rocks!!! He is very accommodating and is excellent at communication through the process. Plus, unlike some other dealerships where the faces seem to change every time you go in for service, Al has been my guy for years. He always responds, even on his day off!!

Great service department. I came in with my Q3 for the first time and Damien took care of all my needs for the vehicle. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I will continue to get my vehicles serviced through Damien from now on.

Amazing customer service! I walked in for my appointment and Jessica already had my invoice ready to go and my loaner! I was on my way to start my day within 15 minutes. I always look forward to seeing Jessica. She makes my day :)
