Jessica Lancaster my service advisor at Audi is amazing! She takes the time to make sure my experience is always great whether it be for a big service or just an oil change. I highly recommend anyone with an Audi to go to Chandler and see her!

Great service here at Audi Chandler. Elias in sales was very thorough answering all my questions. I felt zero pressure and genuinely felt he cared about just finding me the perfect vehicle. All around I had a great experience. I would also like to mention Layth in the service department. He has been extremely honest and helpful every time I come in for work.

A great service department needs to start with "good people". Jessica Lancaster has been my service technician since 2021 at Audi Chandler and she is outstanding. She always greets me with a great smile and she takes care of insuring my car gets the service treatment that I expect. She is informative and very efficient. When the service technicians are working on my vehicle, she will keep me updated on their findings and what the expected completion time will be. This keeps me confident that things are going well and that my car will be "road ready" for the road trips that we take. I highly recommend her service and the service of the technicians in the department. 5 Stars!

I’ve been bringing my Audi A3 here for regular service and I can’t say enough great things about Layth! Every time I walk in, I know I’m in good hands. Layth goes above and beyond, he’s incredibly knowledgeable about Audi vehicles and always takes the time to explain what’s needed in a way that makes sense. I never feel rushed or like I’m just another number, he truly cares about his customers and their cars. Layth makes what could be a stressful experience completely hassle free. From scheduling appointments to the quality of the work done, everything is seamless and professional.
