Great experience, we got the car we had been looking for in the right condition at the right price. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and low key, they don't work on commission which changes the focus to serving the customer. Our salesman Marquan Wade was a pleasure to work with. We love our new Subaru.

We shopped around for used Subaru Outback's while on a roadtrip and had found a handful of options with fair pricing on their website. We visited about 6 dealerships and used car lots before making it to AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale and quickly realized that their balance of price and quality were by far the best. They let us test drive a few vehicles and provided us with their full history (carfax, repair receipts, etc). The entire buying process was a pleasure. Fantastic staff, they were honest and helpful. Any questions or concerns we've had since purchasing our vehicle they have responded to right away.

Be aware of this dealership. Tried to get the new 2018 Limited Crosstrek, they gave me a quote to a car after I they asked to wait for a month. Manager was not there when he asked me to come visit the place, so the sales guy was not able to give me the deal. Later they sent an updated quote, which I was thrilled about just to find out later after noticing a different vin, it was a different car than what we were working on for a month! And the sales guy verified it it was a different car. Didn't expect Autonation to do this. As I had already bought 2 cars from Lewisville,TX Automation, and along with couple of my friends, so this was a shock. So stay away from this con dealership! Thanks for wasting my time.

As always, Gerry Gonce, my service rep, went above and beyond to be sure my Outback service was satisfactory. He is, and has been for a long time, a terrific representative for Subaru.

Expensive 60K service but necessary for the continued performance of the car

I have bought several cars and I have to say this experience far exceeded my expectations. The sales people and manager were extremely transparent and did not waste my time with pricing games. Highly recommend this dealership.
