Fast Service

Everything...i went in for an oil change and was out very swiftly. Even had time for lunch at the nearby Steak and shake.

No Pressure, full service buying experience

I was severly upside down on the vehicle I owned, but wanted a new Jeep. The salesman didn't just try to put me in any car, he helped me find the car with the interior of my choosing, the color, and the amenities; that would also fit my pocketbook. I thought that was great, as I've been to other dealrships and they have an agenda of which cars need to be moved and don't try to even find you was you want. I have a big dog and something with a hatchback is necessary. I've been to other dealerships looking for an suv and they tried to but me into a 4 door Impala (big bulky man car) or something so basic... I'd almost rather had kept my trade in. Thank Kovante Ivery for his professionalism.

Remodeling will be pretty and comfortable

I had appointment and it took 2 hours for the recall, it could have been longer but, they were very nice and cooperative . Jeff was very helpful in getting me out for I had other appointments.

Friendly, courteous, professional staff. Fast service (service department). No pressure, informative. Clean and comfortable facility. Clean bathrooms. My new choice (though the other dealership is closer)!

I appreciate Mr. Sean Goodwin for all he has done for me and my family. I stop by too look for a pacific car, and end up buying a jeep. Mr. Sean Goodwin showed excellent customer service and he is also a great marketer for this company. I guess being a marketing major and knowing how too sell will take you a long ways in this business especially when you can utilize the 4p's to sell a car. The "Jose Calderon" Experience (Mr. J White)

I went to Landmark Dodge in Morrow Georgia about 2 Fridays ago and had the best car experience of my life. I purchased a 2015 Dodge Challenger with great customer service experience from Jose Calderon. He is a true salesman. He is charismatic but what great salesman isn't? The difference between Mr. Calderon and many other car salesmen that I have witnessed a car buying experience from that Jose tells things to you straight up about financing and maximizes the buyer's benefits without trying to get over on the buyer. My car buying experience with Mr. Calderon and Landmark Dodge Morrow was that of which I wish for every car buyer to experience...Fantastic! Keep up the good customer service!

Tried to buy a call.... no one called me back...

I tried to buy a Charger so I gave Landmark Doge a call. Sales person said he will call me back but I never heard from him. I called back wondering why no one want to sell me a car....the new sales person apologized and said he will call me back with some numbers after I picked out the car they had in their inventory. 2 days later....still no call from Landmark. So I bought a Charger from another dealership. So stupid....I don't get why no one want to make one simple phone call to sell a car. Twice. I would not recommend this dealership.
