Flawless salesmanship

they made things right!!

I like the fact that a manager followed up when I didn't purchase a new car and he saw that I had been approved. when he found out what the issue was, and it could be resolved very easily, it took about 5 minutes on the phone to get me back in there and I purchased a car that I absolutely love from them. so in another words, he made everything perfect.

Great Service and follow through!

great job Evan Biddle.. customer service was great... Did not take all day and there was no haggling of the price and down payment. We told them what we had for down payment and what we wanted our payments to be.

Great clean place

Got the suv i wanted at the right price and no hassle. My salesman russ thomas is such a great guy and awesome salesman. I have bought 5 cars from him and keep coming back. I have been to other dealership but landmark is by far the best one. Tim the sales manger is also awesome.

friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable staff

I like that the service was very quick and I also enjoy that everyone is so friendly and that they listen to my concerns about my vehicle. Also, that my salesperson (Ranier Rakestraw) visited with me while I was there. It's nice to be appreciated that I chose to purchase my vehicle there, and that I'm not just a past sale to him that he doesn't care about because the deal is done.
