Parts disappear

I was told my parts were in but after dropping off my car I was called back because my parts mysteriously weren?t there. I believe you gave them to somebody else and I?M VERY UPSET WITH THIS SITUATION ITS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR SINCE I BOUGHT MY CAR!

You're not going to raise your voice at me

All I wanted was an estimate, body shop counter guy talked to me like I was some kind of idiot and refused to give me the estimate. The guy actually raised his voice at me and that was that. I will never be back.

New Truck

I live over 150 mile away. Do all my conversation was over the phone, verbal and text. Mickey made this whole process smooth and easy. Found the exact truck I was looking for and kept me updated throughout process. I have found my new car salesman and dealership. Very happy!!!

Be careful where you purchase a car from!!!

Purchased a car that wasn’t a GMC there. At the the time of testing driving I asked the salesman about some spec on the car. I was told that it was in the apps. While signing papers I asked again and I was told it was being figured out as the car was in servicing. The finance person then submitted my loan without the down payment. I told he and he could only suggest I call the fiancé company to see what that say but it was too late for me to pay it to them. When I got home still couldn’t figure it out call the salesman back, he told me they were working on it and he was with another customer and he would call me back. Never did call back, still haven’t. I talked to the manager he asked did I really need that figure on the car because it’s a nice car and I would grow to love it(still haven’t). I later get a text from the salesman saying that they sale GMCs so they are not knowledgeable about out makes of cars. Wish I had of known that before, I purchased it. $3000 to return because I had driven off the lot.

The best dealership nation wide!

Over the past 50 years I have bought over fifty cars and most of them from the Gargus Dealerships ( Courtesy GMC/Buick today). Wayne passed a few years back and turned the reins over to his grandson Josh. The Gargus desire to treat every customer like family continues today. They are the very finest dealership that I have ever experienced and their sales and service departments can’t be matched by anyone. I drive over two hours just to trade with them but the experience is well worth it! Dealing with the Gargus family may just change your mind about buying a car or getting one serviced. Also, if you are a Yukon Denali enthusiast like me the new 10 speed transmission is the best GM has ever developed. I just traded my 2016 for the new 2019 and not enough can be said about how seamless and smooth the new 10 speed is. WOW...what an improvement. Hope this review helps you and sorry for being so verbose. However, everything I have said is true. JGW Athens, AL

GMC purchasde through Mike Johnson

Purchased a new GMC Sierra and had an enjoyable experience at Courtesy. I would highly suggest you work with Mike Johnson is sales and/or Richard Gulledge in internet sales. Mike meet me at the door and was quick to help get me the truck that I wanted. Mike is an obvious hard worker and was my advocate throughout the entire process. He is friendly and passionate about what he does. Richard Gulledge helped us out on the pricing of the vehicle. He was up-front and fair, no games. It was clear that the goal at Courtesy was to please the consumer and establish a long-term consumer. That is exactly what they did with me and my wife. If you are in the market, I would highly suggest Courtesy Buick GMC in Trussville.

Truly Outstanding!

Van did a great job and I've never had a better car buying experience than at Courtesy Buick. I was able to negotiate prior to arriving and there was no "hard sales" approach.

WOW! What an experience!

The Service Department was a pleasure to deal with. Rick Smith was great with communication and was always on top of the situations. Mike Merz the mechanic came out and personally walked me through the process of what was done. He walked me through what was happening and the detail was incredible. This is the first time I have ever dealt with a dealer for service, based on usually having friends who can fix anything, however with the time and concern Courtesy GMC Service Department showed me, I will be using them for many years to come.
