Easy process from start to finish.

Easy process from start to finish. Matt, Drew, Mickey, and Richard made the process smooth. Facility is extra nice and super clean with a strong cup of coffee as a bonus.

I had an outstanding experience with the people at Courtesy GMC! They worked very hard to be able to get the numbers right for me. It was an awesome experience and I definitely felt like I was taken care of and at the end I pulled off in one of the coolest trucks I?ve ever seen! The staff there is knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to earn your business! I can?t thank them enough for the excellent treatment and the awesome truck that they sold me!

Great dealership.

Great dealership. Very nice employees in Service Area. I purchased my Buick LaCrosse in August 2019. I requested specific items such as less than 1 year old, low mileage, color and they located one in GA. Have had great results with it and still driving it.

Wonderful buying experience, we were in and out from 1:30

Wonderful buying experience, we were in and out from 1:30 pm to 3 pm. We did a quick test drive, knew what we were looking for and Elmer helped us with establishing something we were comfortable with and budget in mind. He was also sweet and a true gentleman. Everyone in there was kind and treated us like family. I have the most respect for this kind of facility. Thank you to Mickey Johnson for welcoming us in- even putting his lunch down to speak with us. Thank you Elmer, Drew, Richard Gulledge, and many others.

finally found truck

Parts disappear

I was told my parts were in but after dropping off my car I was called back because my parts mysteriously weren?t there. I believe you gave them to somebody else and I?M VERY UPSET WITH THIS SITUATION ITS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR SINCE I BOUGHT MY CAR!

You're not going to raise your voice at me

All I wanted was an estimate, body shop counter guy talked to me like I was some kind of idiot and refused to give me the estimate. The guy actually raised his voice at me and that was that. I will never be back.

New Truck

I live over 150 mile away. Do all my conversation was over the phone, verbal and text. Mickey made this whole process smooth and easy. Found the exact truck I was looking for and kept me updated throughout process. I have found my new car salesman and dealership. Very happy!!!
