This place performed a recall service on my 2020 Denali 2500 HD around 170,000 I had no problems or issues with my truck since I got it in 2021 till the day I let this place do a recall that was to pertect my transmission and if it detected any issues my truck would throw a engine light and if I do the recall in stall that the problem would befixed but if I don't do the recall upgrade I would be responsible for the transmission if it started having problems they done the recall now my truck engine light goes on and off it hard shifts and goes in to a engine reduced power mode I take back down to them and they tell me I am responsible for the cost cause I'm over 150,00 miles so why was this recall left on my truck from the start now I have a non dependable truck that this place is now try ing to make me pay out of my pocket to fix something they caused by performing a recall make this make since but I'm work with attorney s on this matter I have every phone call and visit on record I thank this is illegal to put a software or a recall update on a vehicle thats over the so-called mileage and is running fine then turn around and that vehicle have issues to make the vehicle owner pay for that's going to cost anywhere from a valve body replacement to a whole transmission replacement @ $10,000 or more in costs

Was taken advantage of my wife and I and overcharged us . your dealership charged us almost 2000.00 to charge a $250.00 aftermarket part(fuel pump )because they seen our license plate was from Wisconsin , and they didn?t install it correctly the first time , I had to return a few days later for them to get it correct. What a ripoff.

“ We pride our self on transparent pricing“ is a complete joke and utter nonsense. Even their listed prices are misleading because it requires you to finance a vehicle with them. Stay away.

very fair offer on my trade in. 2k better than other dealers. the truck I purchased was 8k less than other dealers who are much closer to me plus a military discount! very nice staff and salespeople who had before my long drive to the dealership prepared and processed much of the paperwork & protocols involved (assessment of trade-in, background checks, and pushy back-n-forth negotiations) with buying a car that didn't require me to sit in the dealership for hours and feel like a pinball victim of the car salesman arcade. I'm definitely telling family and friends Cooper is worth the drive!
