Worth the drive

I search for a CPO for close to a year before I found the 2012 Edge that we purchased at Santa Margarita Ford. We are quite a distance away, and always on a time schedule, so they worked out a deal for us before we even drove down! Scott Delabar came in on his day off and had the welcome sign out and the car ready to go...and John Hadden kept the paperwork clear and quick...and I drove home a very happy camper! Can't say Thank You enough!!!

Service experience

I was greeted promptly and everything was done promptly. When picking up the car, review of all the work completed and also future recommendations were clearly explained. Everything was very good - the only issue was that I expected the truck to be washed after service and it wasn't.

Great Experience - Purchased Ford F-150

The buying experience was excellent from the sales men to the purchase. Brandon Livingston - Fleet Sales Manager, JB Sales Representative and John Hadden - Finance Manager all provided excellent assistance and made the buying process simple and straight forward.

Great experience and genuine sales people!

These guys were honest from the beginning of the process which is much appreciated. I know this because another Ford dealer flat out lied to me. I certainly will tell my friends who are looking to have Drazen help them with their car purchase. I love my new Edge and feel very confident I walked out with the best deal!

Mister

The lessor recommendation is only because I live over 400 hundred miles away. Immensely enjoyed sale person, Tom Glockner. The treatment received was first class. The Mini Cooper is a true joy to drive. Aside from a couple of little items on the car, it was truely a good purchase and very good experience.
