I contacted the dealership through cars.com. I received a text and a phone call. I told the salesperson I was interested in the truck I inquired about. I also advised the salesperson I needed some numbers due to the fact I live so far away and I plan on doing the financing through my bank. I'm still waiting on the numbers. No worries to John Thornton. Maybe this is why the have 2023 models in the 2026 season.

Deceptive advertising. Lists vehicles as under a certain price per month payment and offers pre-qualification on vehicles they don't offer financing for. Was pressured to make an 8 hour round trip and only found out financing wasn't available when I asked for specific details on the down-payment and monthly payment before I left home.

My main purpose of my visit was to see a used 2020 Lexus RX450h. As the dealership is approx 1.5hrs away from my home, I called ahead to verify that the vehicle was available. I was reassured that it was. The representative on the phone says the car would be washed and made rest so that I can see it at is best. I was given the name of the used car manager and was told to ask for him upon arrival. Long story short, the car was sold the day before, no one tried to call me and stop me from making an unnecessary drive. 3 hours of my life lost. Since then I received emails from a used car manager and I replied to them but never heard back. Not even an "I am sorry for a bad experience". Nothing. Based on this single experience, I would NOT recommend this dealership at all. Communication with them is poor and information is unreliable.
