I had an Outstanding experience with the sales associate,

I had an Outstanding experience with the sales associate, manager, and credit/closer as well! Everyone was professional, respectful, and polite and knowledgeable! I wouldn't go to any other local dealerships again. It was the Best Car Purchasing experience I have ever had!!!

Salesman Alex and attentive. Price listed on website was not what the sticker price said when we arrived at the dealership. They did come down on the price.

Eddie found the car i wanted in Los Angeles and made it a

Eddie found the car i wanted in Los Angeles and made it a point to go pick up the car and drive it all the way back to Palm Springs so I could purchase it. Personable, terrific sales guy, thorough, much better than the finance guy who tacked on all kinds of warranty items, raising the payment to over $ 100 extra. I had to go back to delete these charges to get the payment to a reasonable monthly payment. Also, when I realized the usb-connected phone was all filled with static, I was told by the service department that I'd have to prove it. I did so, by recording the event on another iPod touch, they then told me that 'Oh, yes, that's a known problem'. so the service department lied to me because they knew all along that this was a known issue, after denying it. NIssan was reportedly working on a 'fix' for this issue.

terrible experience.

terrible experience. 24 Toyota Venza was quoted to me at a set price. Went to purchase and dealer added $1300 in 'junk fees' for products I didn't want nor was quoted on. 2nd issue is there was a receipt in glove box for body shop repairs that didn't show up on carfax report. Dealer bought car at auction so possible it wasn't disclosed by selling dealer however once brought to their attention car is still for sale with 'clean carfax'. Whole experience was shady and glad I didn't purchase the car from them.
