I had a great experience.

I had a great experience. Fred was knowledgeable and on point. The whole process took less than 3 hours and I drove off with the car I wanted. I would definitely recommend.

The Experience was better than I anticipated.

The Experience was better than I anticipated. Brian was very helpful in making everything easy and fast in the purchase of my vehicle. I was in such a good mood I invited my whole family to come down to the dealership to see me drive off the lot with my new Equinox! I love it! 10/10 experience!

Long process (4+ hrs) that can be improved when I came to buy and not play around. I did not rate Derek Yebra as I did not recall the name. Maybe he was the sales manager who came in to close the deal. If so 4/5.

Tricked me on my deal.

Tricked me on my deal. They told me I could not get a warranty on my car because it was a Ford. The car had problems.

We appreciate any and all feedback and i reviewed the video tape of the finance transaction and Stanley offered you an extended warranty and reviewed your signature on the declination of warranty as well. I also believe we took the car in and repaired the coolant/ no heat issue at no charge. There was actually no repair needed as it looked like someone drained the coolant as there was no leaks found anywhere. Thank you again for the feedback.

Friendly and professional from the person who answered

Friendly and professional from the person who answered the phone to all the friendly folks I met when I walked in the door. Got great trade in value. (Traded my 22' Corvette for a brand new 25'). Financing was simple and easy. Cody Hill (my Corvette Specialist) did a great job.
