I am moving & will miss the excellent service team
I moved to Atlanta 3 years ago with my C280 and have been very happy with my customer service team like Mr. Teri who is very pleasant to greet you with roses. Mr. Carl the Detail mgr. was the person to recommended me to buy my E350 since I have had so many repairs problem with my 10 years old C280. My service representative Mr. Jason King is very helpful and responsive to my services for my E350. I enjoy the cafe with the Elite Membership. The car wash is very clean and convienence. I am moving to Miami for a job promotion and will miss the services from Mercedes Benze of Buckhead. I will not drive anything else. I do plan to get a convertible soon for the beach. Fun timing buying my new ML350
I enjoyed my experience at MB Buckhead and working with Curtis to "do the deal" and then Nik for the pricing aspect. They were both straight shooters and were very quick to respond. In addition, being the detail oriented person that I am, they were very good about answering my questions and helping me come to the right decision. Curtis made me laugh which is always a plus. Very pleasant experience and look forward to stopping in at some point in the near future.

Employees care about you as a customer!
We had an excellent experience with Mercedes Benz of Buckhead. We were greeted by Richard Kelley who helped with the test drive and purchase. Richard has been helpful ever since. He called to follow-up and has quickly attended to our concerns/problems. I am very happy we were greeted by Richard. His appearance, dark suit and trimmed beard, helped us feel comfortable about our sale. When buying cars, I try to stay away from the "gelled hair, too suave" looking dealer because I fear that person is going to take advantage of me. I did not get that impression from Richard. As a fellow man with a beard, I think it was the beard that helped me feel comfortable about working with Richard. We also had the pleasure of working with David Maldonado. He was very professional and helpful throughout the finance process. He was straightforward and honest about the paperwork we were signing and happy to answer questions we had. He made an excellent sales pitch for the maintenance plans and was honest when we asked questions to determine which plan was right for us. Karleen Chong helped introduce us to the many features on each of our vehicles. She was very thorough, but also quick which I appreciated. She helped store the settings we preferred and answered any questions we had about the user interface. Overall, I can't say enough about the employees at Mercedes Benz of Buckhead, especially Richard Kelley. I will highly recommend the dealership to friends and family. I feel confident that in 3 years when my lease has expired, I will return to Mercedes Benz of Buckhead to purchase my next vehicle.

Great car, great showroom experience, great people
This is the ultimate Mercedes dealership in terms of sales, customer service, professionalism, and value. Mark Galassini sold us a new E350 and we experienced an unprecedented showroom experience. A previous fan of BMW's we were so impressed with the way Buckhead Mercedes engaged us as customers we decided to change brands after many cars and years loyal to BMW. A special mention to Karleen Chong who on several occasions made certain we understood everything the car could offer us in the way of technology.Her patience, courtesy, and knowledge was overwhelming and her personality an absolute delight to be around.She is an extraordinary ambassador for Mercedes Buckhead ans serves as a great example of the quality of staff at this dealership. Best car buying experience EVER!
Truly the most amazing car buying experience I have ever had and exemplified a luxury service experience. From my initial call to see if a car I had seen on the internet was available, I knew this was going to be different. The gentleman I was told to speak with when I arrived to inquire on the car was working with a another client at the time and Curtis Schwank immediately stepped in without a beat skipped to assist me. Curtis was able to not only connect with me as a customer but more importantly as a person. I quickly realized I was not investing in simply a car but building a relationship. And though I decided the initial car I looked out was no longer what I was most interested in following a night of contemplation, as soon as I communicated that to Curtis, within 5 minutes he found another vehicle that better matched my needs and invited me back to take a look. I visited another Mercedes dealer the next day and knew immediately it was not Mercedes Benz of Buckhead so even though the color was not one I thought I wanted, I was so impressed with Curtis and what your dealership offered that I decided to at least come back to look at it. Curtis was kind, patience and worked hard to not just sell me the car but help me fall in love with it! He was honest and trustworthy in our interactions and is the reason I decided to spend above my limit when he worked hard to get me the best deal possible. I know this will not be the last time I buy a car from him! Additionally, once I decided to move forward with the purchase, David in Finance was extremely professional but yet again was able to build a connection almost immediately making the financing piece a breeze (and even fun!). Curtis laid the groundwork and David did a great job explaining the benefits of the Star Elite Membership which I happily went even further beyond my budget to guarantee that I would ONLY be coming here for all of my car needs. Finally, Toni did an amazing job of walking me through the entire car to ensure I was not only comfortable but excited about the purchase I made and was a glimpse into the continuing exemplary service at all levels of your organization. Best Customer Service I ever Received
Mercedes of Buckhead is not only a really nice dealership, but the people there are extremely nice as well and I never felt pressured into purchasing anything or making any decisions. The process for leasing my 2013 benz was quick, I was approved right away and am happy with everything. This was the best customer service I have ever received in my life. I know that this may sound like an employee wrote it, but nope this is me a recent college graduate and I assure you that you should get your car from here.

Mercedez-Benz Buckhead
I was very demanding for a long period of time when choosing my car. I shopped around at other MB dealers and worked with other sales people but George by far was the nicest and most patient with me. He gave me honest answers and was always upfront with me on my demands. The day I purchased my car there was a couple in front of me that had purchased their 2nd car from George and swore he was the best salesperson they had met. I would have to agree. I can honestly say that I had decent offers from other dealers but was very put off by the salespeople there and George was the reason I decided to purchase from the Buckhead location.
