I had a great experience with the entire staff at Norcross location, Makim made the process very smooth and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I had a very poor experience at another location in buford and Makim made sure I didnt go through that horrible experience again. Thank You again Norcross Team If I can give a thousand stars I will . Keep Up the Great work Norcross.

This was my second purchase from this dealership. The entire process was seamless because I knew exactly what I wanted and I had pretty much secured my loan prior to visiting. I traded in a vehicle and each time I felt I was compensated well. I take very good care of my vehicles, so there was no issue there. My only issue this time was that I purchased another luxury vehicle and I was disappointed to find out that my vehicle didn't come with a cargo cover. So, this time I will give 4 stars instead of 5. But other than that, I can say I have enjoyed doing business with CarMax and if given a chance I would probably purchase again from them

The worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. My vehicle was financed incorrectly by $10,000, car had to be returned and repurchased two weeks later. Then the vehicle I purchased under warranty had water pump failure at only 24k miles. Car nearly overheated on the road, had to tow and repair immediately and I am waiting for reimbursement after 2 months. Found out the CarMax plus warranty wasn’t needed because it had a powertrain warranty already that Carmax should have seen. Still playing phone tag as management is clearly hiding from paying me back. Customer care office is slow. Managers at this location are overwhelmed and slow to respond. Do not buy a car from Carmax and especially from this location. I discovered it is the largest Carmax store in the US and clearly has no quality control.

Easy scheduling. Friendly staff. Salesman was helpful and we discussed the car search process. He didn’t make us wait to do the test drive. We identified three vehicles and were able to test drive each one.

Pretty much on time opening, nice atmosphere, the 2 help reps I had were really good including Peyton who helped me eventually purchase my Rav4.
