I didn?

I didn?t d not receive the item I paid for. I was told I would hid gave the exact same replacement and I did not receive the replacement. And nobody cared. My concerns were ignored

Cynthia, we apologize for the experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention again. OEM glass for your vehicle was ordered and supposed to be used as replacement, but an aftermarket piece was mistakenly mixed up with the OEM part and was installed instead. This was not our intention, and we understand your concern. We have tried to reach out multiple times to address the situation but have not heard back from you. Please contact Athens Collision directly so we can review the situation and work toward making it right.

All my contacts in the service department were friendly,

All my contacts in the service department were friendly, helpful, and took good care of me and the car. It was helpful to be reminded of some of the periodic services that are recommended. Some of the things recommended seemed to be based on vehicle milage as some of them had been done as part of the extensive checklist prior to the sale. The 2021 Expedition was purchased at Athens Ford and has been driven less than 10,000 miles by us with mileage now arount 66000.

Issue with Service Department not advising me about

Issue with Service Department not advising me about recommended service issue until after I paid and read about it on my invoice copy. I think they were in a hurry to get me out of there because they were busy.
