This is the second Audi that I’ve financed through Santa

This is the second Audi that I’ve financed through Santa Monica Audi. I was happy to find the the same excellent service that I received the first time I went in, was intact and on full display some five years later. Everyone was patient, personable, and professional. The questions and concerns I’ve had since the purchase were readily addressed and resolved.

Santa Monica Audi's staff was warm and professional when

Santa Monica Audi's staff was warm and professional when I negotiated and bought my used Audi Q5. The salesman Reza had the original window stickers for all Q5's on their lot as I requested and helped me compare each. The woman in finance was really helpful by explaining the various warranty offerings so I could chose what made sense for my needs. General Sales Manager John Collis cemented the deal in a professional and friendly manner.

It’s been a pleasure doing business with Santa Monica Audi over several years.They are always efficient, thorough and professional in both sales and service. I always feel very well treated and taken care of by everyone there. I just wish that they would bring back the latte machine! 😁

I liked everything about this transaction.

I liked everything about this transaction. Small stuff happening in every sales but at the end everybody where professional and ready to help. Even I pushed it a lot but they stayed professional and respectful. I also love my car, best ever I could imagine.

Poor salesmanship overall.

Poor salesmanship overall. Not one follow up call or email regarding purchase or customer service whatsoever. There was a total lack of caring regarding my repeated attempts to add on service features w my navigation and initial audi care

The brand new Audi Q5 2023 they sold me is defective as

The brand new Audi Q5 2023 they sold me is defective as it vibrates going uphill at slow speed. The Santa Monica service department (Tim Bennet), the sales department, and the Audi manufacturer won't help and saying all 2023 Audi Q5s vibrate gong uphill so that's normal. Never have heard a car going uphill to vibrate to be normal. Apparently Audi Q5 has design problem and it's not beneficial for them to admit the car has a defect.

Purchased a new Audi q7.

Purchased a new Audi q7. Have multiple issues in less than a month. Staff was not very helpful.

Will never return

I really wish I didn't have to write this review, but I've been given no choice. BEWARE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They do a great job during the sale, but once everything is signed they couldn't care less about you. I came to Santa Monica Audi because I was referred by my friend. It's definitely not the closest Audi to where I live, but again, I was referred so down I came. The sales process was average, nothing to good or bad about it, and again this review isn't about the sales process, this is amount how they treat you once you become a customer. I literally just got the car, it has about 500 miles on it, and my rear left tire went completely flat. I was never informed that my car came with Audi Roadside Assistance, so I called my car insurance and used the roadside assistance through them. The next day, I had the car towed to the Audi dealership closest to my house, where I asked them if they could put the spare on for me because I was so sure that Santa Monica Audi would do the right thing and help me out. Boy was I wrong. I tried to call for the GM of Santa Monica Audi twice and was told that he would call me back both times. Never got a call back. I did receive a call from my sales consultant, where he basically accused me of hitting a nail (this is after the service consultant from the Audi near me told me that it looks like this is a manufacture defect) and that I didn't buy the extra tire package so basically I'm out of luck. I told him that I understood that if it was due to a factor not related to a defect of the tire then that's fine and it is what it is but that I do believe this is a defect. He said I would need to bring the car in for them to take a look. I said ok, and then he told me I would need to make an appointment with the service department. The service department is only open M-F and as someone who has a full time job, that makes things difficult. I asked if I could bring it down for them to just take a look and again was told I need to schedule an appointment. I again asked to speak to the GM and again was told he would call me. So spoiler alert, the GM still never called me. I won't be returning to this dealership for anything. Let my story be a lesson to you. There are plenty of Audi dealerships in LA. Go to one where they actually treat you like you should treat a customer. As for me, I'm in Santa Monica sometimes, I'll be sure to stop by the dealership when I am and inform every customer on the sales floor about this experience.
