Overall, the car buying experience was decent due to pleasant salespeople. However, the manager/finance department did try to add in a lot of extra fees, which I was not thrilled with and warn future customers to be wary of before signing all the paperwork. I told them what my bottom line price was, they agreed, but the total was considerably more when sitting down with the finance guy. Of course, he tried to throw in extra warranty nonsense. Also, the ‘MVP’ fees are xx. Negotiate your price down to make up for this ridiculous fee that they say they cannot take off the paperwork! Do not let them add thousands of extra dollars onto your cost by not paying attention to the final numbers on the paperwork!

I will never go to this dealership again. I found a truck with a fair advertised price. Price said it included $699 dealer fee. Got to dealership and they added $699 on top of the price, added $1999 for MVP (Stain guard that cost $50), added the normal $500 state tax, but then $204 for tag transfer fee (this is $40 at dmv). In total, was almost $2,800 in junk fees.

Andrew was very helpful. Direct to the point, sincere. They did take time for their mechanic to check the car for possible concerns. Took a video and worked on these problems before releasing the car to us. Only concern is that they are a little hard to reach. I was on the phone line and kept being transferred around and call got dropped, they called me while I was on hold, of course I did not get to answer. But overall, I am happy with the transaction.

Everyone I encountered was very friendly. My only issue was that there were several promises made that were not kept.

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the unresolved rental reimbursement related to my vehicle service at Classic Lincoln. On December 30, 2025, I brought my vehicle to Classic Lincoln for two open recall repairs and an additional maintenance issue. Under my new vehicle’s bumper-to-bumper warranty, I am entitled to a loaner vehicle while my car is being serviced. At the time of drop-off, my service advisor informed me that the repairs would take no more than one week. I was also advised that no loaner vehicles were available, but that I could obtain a rental vehicle and would be reimbursed for the cost. Relying on this assurance, I secured a rental vehicle. However, the dealership retained my car for 24 days—significantly longer than the timeframe initially communicated. During this period, I received little to no proactive communication regarding the status of my vehicle. I had to make multiple phone calls and in-person visits simply to obtain updates. The service manager at the time, Kara, personally assured me that I would be reimbursed for the rental expenses and instructed me not to worry. I provided my rental receipt directly to her on January 23, 2026. As of today, March 4, 2026, I have not received reimbursement for the nearly $800 expense. I have since contacted Lincoln Headquarters and have worked with Taliah and Wes, but unfortunately have not received consistent follow-through or clear communication regarding the status of my reimbursement. Today, I connected with a new Customer Relations Manager, Rachel, who reached out to the dealership on my behalf. I was extremely concerned to learn that the new Service Manager, Danny, stated he was unaware of the rental arrangement altogether. It is both frustrating and unacceptable that more than two months later, I am still awaiting reimbursement for an expense that was clearly authorized and incurred due to the dealership’s lack of available loaner vehicles and extended repair timeline. Given today’s financial climate, an $800 delay is not insignificant. I am respectfully requesting immediate resolution of this matter, including confirmation of when I will receive full reimbursement. I would also appreciate a written explanation of the delay and the steps being taken to prevent similar issues in the future. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

On October 20th, I took my Ford F-150 Platinum truck for two factory recall repairs. Upon arrival, the Service Department Specialists (Christian and Oscar) provided exceptional customer service. A special shoutout to Christian for being extremely helpful and polite in ensuring that my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. While it took a week to get the recall repairs completed, I am very satisfied with the work completed. Therefore, I would highly recommend Service Department of Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia to others.

Horrible service. I made an appointment for 8am and I did not leave until 11:30. They wanted to charge me $100 for a filter in which they did the same for 2 other customers. My vehicle does not drive the same too, so something happened while in their possession.
