Horrible service.

Horrible service. I made an appointment for 8am and I did not leave until 11:30. They wanted to charge me $100 for a filter in which they did the same for 2 other customers. My vehicle does not drive the same too, so something happened while in their possession.

Purchased car from this dealership initially extremely

Purchased car from this dealership initially extremely nice fixed a few things that we noticed on the car because it was used. Get to the finance person sweet as they could be until we said we did not want the extended warranty total atmosphere changed attitude was just unnecessary. Then completely messed up a transfer of a tag from another vehicle to the new vehicle called texted did everything. Now I've got to go to the DMV myself and straighten it all out and pay another fee to the DMV to have the tag corrected that I paid to the dealership initially. So if you're just purchasing the car they're just as good as they can be but soon as you sign those papers they don't know your name.

A very comfortable experience.

A very comfortable experience....no pressure... we worked with a Sales Consultant (Rico Gibson) who actually LISTENED to our description of what we wanted to buy, rather than trying to sell us what he wanted to sell...they were willing to locate the car we wanted at another dealership within their corporate group and brought it to Columbia from NC..all in all, a very positive car buying experience.

I bought a Ford Lightening Electric truck for Classic and

I bought a Ford Lightening Electric truck for Classic and i was hoping to get the Tax credit for the vehicle. I even financed it through Ford. After calling for several weeks, I had to call corporate for them to tell me this dealer does not participate in the tax credit. Now i am out 7500 because they did not revel this to me until a year later. Very poor customer service. My family has always bought Ford. Unfortunately we will no longer be recommending Ford due to this dealership.

What a horrible experience my wife and I had in

What a horrible experience my wife and I had in purchasing a vehicle with this organization. They messed up the DMV paperwork that caused us significant delays in obtaining a genuine state license plate. It turns out the dealer sold us the vehicle without having actual title to the vehicle in hand. The general manager, Jamil Stanton, handled everything quite poorly. The finance manager, Gates, was less than impressive as well. The only positive thing I can say about this organization is their title clerk, Lee Ann Beadles, who helped us finally get things figured out thirty days after we purchased the vehicle. I have purchased several vehicles in my life, and I can tell you right now that this dealership does not present itself as one having its act together. How embarrassing for Mr. Mills, the owner, of this organization. He needs to hire some folks that know what they are doing and how to treat customers properly.

I would have to say that this dealership is spot on !

I would have to say that this dealership is spot on ! My daughter who is in the navy was in need of a bigger car . She has some ideas of what she wanted (Bronco) being that she is a single mom she wanted something that was much bigger then her Jetta she had. From the moment she stepped in there they gave her the attention she needed . I always say it’s the little things with a dealership. That got her the car she wanted ( she didn’t get floor mats ) that was the only thing but she was quite happy with her purchase. The owner of mills group is fantastic when I say he is a wonderful human being I mean it. The finance manager was fantastic and to be frank I believe my daughter and him bonded just by life experiences . Our sales guy was attentive and just a super down to earth guy. All in all if we could give this dealership a 10 we would. I have bought many range rover and defenders from Mills auto group and have always had the upmost customer service. She is very happy with making the choice to go to this dealership. One word Superb !

Everyone was ready for us at our appointment time.

Everyone was ready for us at our appointment time. Classic Ford team was great to work with. Thomas is a great and knowledgeable salesman. Not only knows the Ford product line up but knows other brands products in the used line. Ask for Thomas when looking to purchase a new or used vehicle!

They are rude and unprofessional, I will never go back

They are rude and unprofessional, I will never go back again. I was looking forward to my first visit to service my new Lincoln’s first 5000 mile service. I would rather drive to Greenville for over a hour drive than be disrespected at this business
