Classic Ford Columbia

I was searching for a car that would be great for my mom and Mr joe assisted with that in finding a reasonable car and after driving it around and seeing how well it handled not only was i myself satisfyed with the selection but my mom was and Joe acted as he was part of the family and understood what and how we felt in finding a car i feel glad knowing that we had car was found for her and would highly recomend any of my friends to go purchase a new car from the Classic Ford Dealership.' thanks for all your hard word v/r Mr Croft

I live near Charleston, SC and was looking at potentially buying a 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. The Lincoln dealerships closer to where I live did not have vehicles with the packages and features I was looking for, so I expanded my search and Classic Lincoln of Columbia had several vehicles I was interested in. I have only ever driven trucks (F-150 and Ranger) and SUVs (Edge, Escape, and Explorer), so I wasn't sure I would like having a sedan for my permanent ride, which would make the test drive critical in my decision-making. I initially dealt with Hope Carter, the Internet Business Development Manager, and she was extremely helpful in providing me enough information to make the decision to travel up to Columbia to look at the vehicles. When I arrived at the dealership, which is very modern-looking and well-maintained, I was introduced to Mack Spain, who is the Lincoln Brand Manager. Mack answered all of my questions and arranged for the all-important test drive. The vehicle was amazing and I was sold. Mack and I were able to quickly reach agreement on the terms of the deal and he took me to see Jamal Bailey to complete the paperwork. Jamal was very friendly and well-organized, so that part of the process was very fast and efficient. By the time I was done filling out the paperwork with Jamal, Mack had already gotten the vehicle detailed and ready for delivery. Mack walked me through more features on the vehicle, including the Parking Assist feature. Once I was comfortable with everything and all my questions had been answered, I was on my way back to the Charleston area for a long, enjoyable ride in my new 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid.

Dontrell was polite and courteous. He knew a lot about the car business. He took the time to explain the operation of the truck. He explained the process of buying the truck where I was less anxious. Other employees at the dealership were very friendly and helpful.

Thank you Dontrell for going out of your way to get me what I wanted. I told you my budget, my limit on payments and I left with a great car, payments where I asked them to be and all within my budget!! That means a lot to us and we will come back once you fine me a cute convertable I can afford. Wink, Wink!

I was trying to purchase a new Ford Explorer for over 40K and was talking to Keenan Williams who needed to check with J.J. McLaughlin on everything. I gave them a specific list of options I wanted and they kept sending me lesser vehicles. When I told them I didn't want a lesser vehicle they wouldn't even return my calls! Left messages for J.J. McLaughlin, the sales manager, I think, to return my calls to buy a new vehicle and he NEVER called me back! WOW, how can such a company stay in business? They wasted days of my time to no avail!

I like the service that I received from both Dontrell and others, They saw that I wanted the car and made sure that I was not going to leave without it. I like that and I would and plan to purchase another vehicle in the near future and I will go to Classic Ford First!

Not much on a lot of words but wanted to say Rico was proficient , friendly and professional. The dealership was clean and beautiful and it was set up to provide the customer an excellent view of the different model cars. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a Ford product to visit and while there say hello to the boss, Buck. who took the time to visit with my wife and I. Rico made the whole process as short and to the point as need be with no unnecessary sales pitch.

Joseph was great! He didn't pressure us. We were able to take our time! Made us feel like we were his most important customer!
