buying a new vehicle

As of the end of April, I brought a new ford vehicle. I didn't plan on to buy at that moment because I were linking at other dealership within the area. Toyota and Kia. Somehow I ended up buying the ford. Not a bad buy. The salesperson Courtland was very polite, mindful and respectful on the details about the vehicle I wanted.

Great place to buy a car

Yesterday I got the pleasure of dealing with this entire staff while purchasing a vehicle and it was definitely an experience I would recommend to anyone looking for a car. I was greeted quickly, courteously, and professionally by Dontrell and he was able to help inform me in regards to any inquiries or questions I had regarding the vehicle I had checked out prior to arriving. After a quick test drive we began the process that is normally daunting and time consuming but with these guys, it flew by. Kelly in finance was very personable and easy to deal with and presented many options to make sure I was well taken care of. Once we had all that in, Dontrell was even nice enough to go the extra mile and help drive my old car back to my house. It was a great experience and i'd recommend it to everyone.

Excellent service

Raymond Jenkins has been my salesman for the past three cars that I have purchased. He has been very helpful to my wife and I. He answered all our questions and concerns. I highly recommend Classic Ford and Raymond Jenkins, he's an outstanding guy to work with. Jamal the finance guy was also helpful.

They have some exceptional employees to deal with

I actually had a little trouble at first. I submitted an on-line application last week and received 2 e-mails and then left several messages, talked to a couple different people, whom I won't mention because I don't want to get them in trouble. Monday Morning, I called back frustrated because I wanted information and someone was looking out for me because I made contact with Buck, and then Nicole Rountree called and it was smooth sailing from there. I found out enough to know I wasn't wasting my time by coming from out of town, it was very pleasureable at the dealership and went home with my the vehicle I wanted all in the same evening. My financial and trade situation was not very easy. The experience ended with Kelly, who also explained everything in detail and was very friendly and professional. Nicole did not pressure me at all and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

Painless

I bought a new car from here, dealing with Nicole and Jamal, the finance manager. Both were great. Like any car dealership things go pretty fast and they're trying their hardest to sell you a car. However, Nicole was great about slowing down and explaining everything I asked. She helped me get a great deal on my car and wasn't overly pushy and definitely not rude, extremely nice. She walked us around the entire lot to find all the models in stock I was looking for. Jamal was great as well, very quick and up front about the financing process and the numbers involved. Would go to them again.

Exceptional!

Wonderful people to deal with. I would recommend anyone to go to this dealership. Danielle ans Kelly ans there manager really helped us to get the truck we wanted and met our needs.

AMAZING SERVICE!

I am very happy with the service that Raymond gave us. From the first time we had shown up, Raymond has been there for us and showing that he cared about helping us find the perfect car and at an amazing price. He treated us like he have known us for years. Perfect car, perfect price, happy customers. I will recommend people to Classic Ford of Columbia. Raymond Jenkins is excellent in what helping find the car for you and at the price you want.

Exceeds Expectations

Nicole Roundtree is knowledgeable and very patient. She and Kevin Hand are very helpful and attentive to the special needs of their handicapped customers. I would not take on the challenge of adapting the Transit without their commitment to assist me after the sale. It is reassuring to have Ford behind the effort to covert the Transit for me to drive from my wheelchair. Thanks.

Great experience!!!

It was a great experience purchasing our new vehicle from your dealership. Nicole Roundtree never pushed us or asked us if we were ready to sit down and talk about the purchase of any vehicle. She gave us all the information that we requested and gave us ample time to look at it at home. We called her to make appointments to talk to her about the vehicle. We were never pushed into anything. She is a knowledgeable salesperson and we could see that she enjoyed what she is doing. Kudos to Classic Ford Lincoln for hiring her.

First new car in 14 years

My guy, Courtland, met me on the lot and was so helpful. He was not pushy at all; only helpful with information and guidance. What I appreciated most was that, when I told him what I was looking for and my price range, he did not come back with something several thousand dollars out of my budget. This was a new experience for me and something I appreciated immensely! I took the car home for the night and Courtland texted me to see if I was I having fun with the car; did I had any questions or information I needed. Once my purchase was finalized he stayed in contact with me to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. You just don't see that kind of service or attitude today - so refreshing!
