Buying Savananah's College Car

My husband and I purchased a Lincoln MKC for our daughter Savannah. It is a Christmas present, Graduation present, and the last car that we will buy her! We wanted to make sure that she had a dependable car to leave home with and that the car would last thru college and she would still have a dependable car to start "her life" with. Rico and Nicole were great to deal with. They knew a lot of technical info about the SUV they sold us. They answered every question. We traded a vehicle and felt like we got what the Van was worth in trade in. Kelly was also very nice and knowledgeable. Haven't has to try the SERVICE side yet but the SALES side is great.

Pleasant experience - Thorough test drive

My wife and I were pleased overall with our Classic Ford experience. We got a very good deal on a truck, and Raymond was very helpful. I also enjoyed the fact that the test drive included more than a quick zip down the interstate. Only downside was the time it took to get everything done, which was over 3 hours.

Praising the staff.

I purchased a Ford Mustang GT from the dealership. After a few days driving the car I found 3 minor issues. The Sales manager Brian Pinckney had me bring it in for the repairs. Being that I was from out of town he gave me a loaner vehicle to go get some lunch and tour the town. I appreciate that so much and would recommend this dealership to anyone. Very positive experience. Jay

Buying my new car

It was a pleasant experience,although tiring, buying my car. I am happy with the car that I purchased. Missy was very helpful and Kelly was extremely helpful! However, one thing I was not pleased with was the request for my brother-in-law's last 4 of his SSN number. I received a call from your dealership for this number. I called my brother-in-law to get it and he got very upset with me.. He had checked with HQ to make sure things were ok and found out it had been cleared the day before. He said they have his SSN at HQ and he was not about to give it to us/me for any use. He had a couple of friends who had car deals that they supposedly sponsored but they hadn't. He was not about to get into that situation as his friends had experienced.

The best overall experience at a dealership.

I am very impressed with Classic Ford. The whole process of purchasing my new vehicle was very pleasant, starting with sales through management and finance everything is first class. I am very impressed with their efforts and professional services in making the car buying experience easy.It was definitely a team effort and I thank you.

A stressless experience with Rico

I normally dread the process of buying a car because of the usual high-pressure sales people. I did my homework ahead of time and knew what I wanted to buy and which features were most important to me. There was no stress working Rico Gibson. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and listened to what I wanted. He was also was very accommodating with respect to my time and giving assistance. It was such a nice experience, I purchased the perfect car the first day I started looking. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. Thank you!

Best Deal Ever!

I was interested in upgrading to a larger truck with more towing capacity. I told the salesman, Andrew Lockhart, what I was interested in and he showed me all of the trucks that meet my needs. He was very knowledgeable about vehicle options and inventory. I've only had to purchase five new automobiles and I have to say this was the best experience I have had at a dealership. I was extremely pleased with the staffs patience in getting me the vehicle I wanted. I made a great deal when I purchased my 2007 Ford Ranger at this dealership. The service staff always treated me fairly and went above and beyond to insure my satisfaction. They even told me that service work wasn't due yet when I requested it! As a returning customer I got an incredible deal on my 2013 F-150 4X4 extended cab. I plan on coming back for my next vehicle purchase. Mr. Mark L. Hundley

Finally a dealer that's doing the right thing.

I received a flyer offering financing to re-establish my credit and looked into classic ford. I went to the website and quickly located a peowned vehicle. Unfortunately the initial vehicle I saw was no longer available but I quickly found another within my budget. The general sales manager sales associate and sales manager along with the financial advisor all worked together to get the vehicle to a price I was comfortable with. I decided not to purchase the vehicle at that time although the interest-rate and a vehicle so was hard to pass up. A week later I phone myself back at the dealership purchasing another vehicle at the same interest rate originally approved for which was well below anything I had been approved for in the past even with good credit. I honestly have to say the experience here was a welcome compared to the many other dealerships that I have visited in the past. I can seriously recommend anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle new or used needs to reach out to them as they have many associated dealerships providing you with various makes and models.

Excellent Experience with Nicole

Nicole was very knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in (Ford F150 FX4) and she was highly professional and courteous. Great sales associate! Harrison Kyle & My New Ride
