Many Thanks

Truly enjoyed working with Nicole Rountree and I would not hesitate buying another truck or car from her in the future. She was upfront, patient, listened to my concerns and was eager to go to work for me. She also followed up with me after my initial visit in a timely manner and her BEST QUALITY was that she was NOT pushy at any time of the deal. No complaints. Also would like to thank Tessie Sigman who helped me out when I came by to have my truck appraised. She was very cordial, polite and seemed genuinely interested in learning more about me which in sales is everything. She as well as followed up with me by email and phone. I finished the process with Nicole since she was my initial contact. No complaints w/ Tessie.

NIce experience.

Arturo was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable buying the car. We had to order from one of your sister companies and made things very easy on me. Looking forward to it's arrival!

Your Best friend- until you drive away

I had a major ($2000) drive train malfunction within a few weeks of purchasing a used vehicle- an issue that should have been noticed and corrected prior to sale. Tried my best to get assistance from dealership. Not only got the big brush off ("As is" means "As Is"), was publicly insulted by them suggesting my driving skills were at fault. Had they followed up or had any ongoing service, it could have been a minor inconvenience. Instead it shows a pattern of poor after-service and sneaky, disreputable service. I was incredibly disappointed.

My Birthday wish came true

Amazing experience. Love my 2015 Mustang. It was my birthday and after checking in 3 different dealerships, I ended up in Classic Ford. They made my Birthday wish come true. Thank you.

Love My Escape!

The folks at Classic Ford were awesome to work with. I had very little time to look at the car. They worked with me and my crazy schedule. They called me to relay information instead of me sitting and waiting so that I could get back to work. I am happy to say this is the 3rd car that I have purchased from Classic Ford, and I plan to go back again!

Alyssah's car

Bought the new Fiesta in the green envy for my daughter! Finding that color was the key as no local dealers had it. I settled the price entirely through their online website with JJ McLaughlin as I don't live in Columbia! When we arrived, they immediately let us take a test drive of the car before we started any paperwork. My daughter is overjoyed!

Unexpected buy

I was in the market for a newer vehicle and I had been talking to other dealerships and checking online what was in their inventory. I ran across an unexpected value on Classic Fords website. It was what I was looking for and they worked with me to meet my budget requirement. Ronnie was my salesperson and he was very helpful and courteous and was not forceful in helping m=us decide what and where to buy our vehicle.
