Greedy. xxxx poor customer service, everything except the financing portion was rushed. Car was not clean to my expectations, requested a key chain, received a used one. Dick Ford customer service is better.

We had nothing but great service, followup, knowledge and hospitality from Andrew Moore. I have never had a salesperson who was so knowledgable about all the Fords and Lincolns and their features that we asked about. He has a great personality and professional bearing. I would bet he will go far for the Ford Motor Company and Classic if you can keep him from getting a promotion from another company. What I recommend is that you offer him an executive internship with tuition assistance and give him a flexible schedule so he can complete his college degree, perhaps in retail and marketing and/or business.
