2013 Ford FX4

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our new vehicle through John Benjamin at Classic Ford. From day one he told me that nobody would be able to offer me a better price and better service. His words ended up being true after my wife and shopped around. We immediately came back to complete the purchase with John. He was extremely helpful in our decision process and I would recommend any of my friends to go and see John at Classic Ford.

Fantastic service

My husband and I went in to purchase a new Ford Explorer. Jason helped us and he was very honest. He helped us find the perfect vehicle for us and helped make our car buying experience fast and stress free!

Never Again

Greedy. xxxx poor customer service, everything except the financing portion was rushed. Car was not clean to my expectations, requested a key chain, received a used one. Dick Ford customer service is better.

Great Experience

I had a great experience at Classic Ford and Mr. Gibson did an outstanding job. His knowledge about the car was impressive and he was able to show me all the details about the vehicle. I absolutely love my new Ford and would recommend the dealership and Rico to my friends.

Andrew Moore credit to Ford Motor Co. & Classic Ford Lincoln

We had nothing but great service, followup, knowledge and hospitality from Andrew Moore. I have never had a salesperson who was so knowledgable about all the Fords and Lincolns and their features that we asked about. He has a great personality and professional bearing. I would bet he will go far for the Ford Motor Company and Classic if you can keep him from getting a promotion from another company. What I recommend is that you offer him an executive internship with tuition assistance and give him a flexible schedule so he can complete his college degree, perhaps in retail and marketing and/or business. If Andrew is still a salesperson the next time we are in the market, we will seek him out and deal only with him for the sale. Thank you for a good experience. Bob and Hilda Barnwell Columbia, SC
